Highly recommended! I have worked with JTS Pest Control for termite for escrows since 2009. The company is very reliable, trustworthy and work quickly on short notice. I would highly recommend working with them during your escrow for section 1 and section 2 items. The company’s owner, Jesse, is always available by cell phone to make sure things are done right. They also help out with monthly pest control service if you need them to, which we have started to for our management side.

I have to share a story for those of you who are thinking of using them. I used one of their employees to spray two apartments and two houses. While spraying at the apartments, the employee accidentally sprayed into one of the tenants bathrooms. The sprayer is about as much water that comes out of a high pressure washer, but without the high pressure. The tenant addressed it with the employee and the employee apologized, but did not offer to clean it up. The tenant who also has a child spent 1 hour cleaning up a mess that was caused by the employee. After speaking with the tenant and the employee, I still couldn’t understand why no effort at all was put toward cleaning up the mess. I called the owner (Jesse) and he seemed to be genuinely concerned with this, but was unaware that the employee was doing any spraying anywhere because that was not his job description and was not cleared to do any spraying unless cleared by the owner. Jesse also apologized for the incident. Jesse was also unaware that his employee was spraying several other properties that I own and was not authorized to spray those either. I finally received a bill with no compensation for any of the cleaning that the tenant had done and the replacement of 2 toothbrushes that were sprayed with poison. I could not understand this kinda business, so they lost 4 accounts over not doing the right thing. An oops is an oops, but make it right. Jesse also told me that he would personally be out to give me a bid on both apartments after we had a conversation regarding the incident, but two weeks later, still no call. Unacceptable in my book. Good Luck if you decide to use them.
