I’ve gone in here maybe 2 – 3 times and I always end up leaving pissed off. The customer service is terrible, not to mention the Armenian guy will ignore all your questions. And to top it off the 2 girls that work there are beyond rude. They won’t ask if you need help or anything but instead stay on their phones texting and taking pictures. Defiantly won’t ever make the mistake of walking in there again, just a bunch of idiots trying to run a store.

By far, this has to be the most poorly run store in the history of poorly run stores. To begin with the customer service is non-existent. Walk in and proceed to browse about the store as you normally would. In about 8 minutes or so a «sales representative» wearing a headband with a douchebag haircut will approach you, slap his hands together, pose and say, «yo dawg can I help you find sometin’?» I asked if I could try on a pair of size 12 Supra Skytop’s. The«cool sales rep» nonchalantly proceeds to walk to the back storage room with the corniest gangster lean impression gait that I’ve ever seen. He comes back 5 minutes later and gives you the usual B.S. line«we don’t have your size but I can order a pair for you.» Goes beyond saying, if I wanted to order them online I would have done it on my iPad when I woke up this morning laying on my bed with my balls hanging out. This store doesn’t have anything you could possibly want other than some Supra kicks but they won’t have your size. It’s almost as if they purchased 4 Supra shoes just to place them on the display rack to make customers believe they sell Supra’s. Note: This shop is located inside the West Covina Mall and needs a customer service overhaul. Otherwise ownership should rename the store Le Suck. …And seriously the headband bro? It’ was a cool 68 degrees in that mo!

Cheaper cloths. Less accumulation and have less design. Forget this shop.

DON’T SHOPHERE! Go to Boarders… a couple of stores down. My biggest regret ever was walking into this hole in the wall thinking they had good items. First off, they have the worst customer service ever, the balding Armenian guy at the cash register and the heavier girl, are incompetent. They have absolutely no idea what they are selling you or what they are talking about. Don’t ask them any questions either… because if you make them look dumb when they can’t answer your questions, they’ll talk to each other in Armenian, make jokes, and laugh at you. I don’t know why they think they’re better than anyone else by laughing at you when you’re there to give them business but if that’s what makes them feel good about themselves… so be it. Second, they sell a lot of defective items. Many of their clothing have holes, broken zippers, and bad quality items they should have returned back to the manufacturer, but since they have a bad return policy, they really don’t care what you buy. They put the defective merchandise back onto the shelves when you leave so be careful what you buy. Third, GOTOBOARDERSORZUMIEZ. I understand that this store is a couple of dollars cheaper, but I personally would spend the extra two dollars for good quality items than the crap they sell. Hope this helps. If you don’t believe me… go there and buy something… you’ll regret it.

Le Shop is located on Level 2 of the Westfield West Covina Mall near Macys. They sell clothing and accessories for men and women. Though they have more men’s clothes than women’s. My boyfriend likes clothing brands such as The Hundreds, Diamond, etc., and they carry brands like that here. Most of the clothes are a bit cheaper than you would find at other stores. My bf purchased a hat for about $ 7 cheaper than if he had purchased it at Zumiez just a few doors down. Customer service isn’t that great. The cashier wasn’t very friendly. Other than that, it’s a pretty nice store.
