Master Rooter is the best! Both Kenny and Kenji are utmost professionals, friendly and experts in their field. Plus they are the most trustworthy plumbers I have ever used! They will never over sell you and are very upfront and honest.
In the past, I’ve had plumbers come and screw up my plumbing as well as charge me something outlandish for their horrible service. My father uses Master Rooter also… we have never had any problems with their work.
Kenji came today to unclog a few drains… totally huddled and got the job done in a very timely fashion.
You will not regret calling them. Again. they are very honest and trustworthy. Definitely they will NOT try to scam you

Kenny is so professional as well as the other serviceman that came to our home. Not only were they great at explaining everything and helping to save money where there were other options, but I felt that I could totally trust these guys in our home.
We’re pretty picky and these guys deserve an A+ rating!

My rental HOA uses Master Rooter. At first I thought it was odd that they use a company in West Covina when the condo bldg is located in South Pasadena, but I do know why now. They’re very professional and provide a great service. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kenny and this other guy (I can’t remember his name!!! But he was a very sweet Japanese guy). I had them come to my house to fix a problem with my kitchen sink. They were prompt, on time, and they didn’t charge me for it. He said someone will contact me but I never got a call or a bill in the mail either. This is the first time I will have to go after a company I hired to make sure they get paid! :D

I have been using Master Rooter for many years; first under Derek Guy Eng, who was the absolute best in customer service, follow through, skill, ideas for renovating, and quick service. He left this earth tragically and at too young an age but he taught his son, Kenny, the trade and the professionalism. There may be others who come close, but not beat Master Rooter~ YES

I have used Master Rooter for several projects (snaking pipes, replacing overflow drain pipes for washing machine) over the last few months, and they are FANTASTIC. The response time was excellent, the work was professional and meticulous, and they were very easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend calling them for any plumbing work needed in the Pasadena area. Ask for Darrell or Kenny
