McDonald’s

I only come here for the fried apple pie. I know it isn’t good for me health wise, but it’s McDonald’s, I know they’re not known for their «quality food.»
I must admit their fried Apple or is pretty tasty and cheap. It’s a nice little treat during my lunch break.
The inside seating is nice and the staff are really courteous and quick. I’m usually in and out of there in less than 5 minutes.
If you like apple pie and don’t care too much for your health, (or are at least having a cheat day), try their fried Apple pie.

Nice location but staff not all there. Me thinking as a customer I believe I should get at least napkins with my order when I go through the drive thru. This been my 3^rd time and they always mess up my order too

This McDonald’s has just went downhill. Compared to a year or 2 ago the experience was great. Now, it’s much slower than usual and the customer service is complete trash! Everyone looks miserable and rude. Can we get the old employees that were nice, fast, and always getting the order right.

Morning Drive thru worker was rude and guetto, I believe she was the manager. She was there on ¹⁄₁₅ @7:10 am

One cashier and 8 customers waiting, during lunch hours. Horrible service. Mgr not paying attention

This location has the best service, employees are kind and respective, they keep the inside nice and clean, and food is served quickly

I’ve been here 6 times and this is the last, I gave to many chances. I am a family of 5 and every time I’ve go through the drive thru they make me park then they walk the order out after 10 minutes and the order is always wrong and then I walk back in which defeats the purpose of the drive thru also having to get all my kids out of the car to go in. I highly recommend not eating here if you have more than 3 in your family and have to go through the drive thru. Tonight I was told to park and it would take 10 minutes for one large fry to be finished, I stated nicely that I would be fine just taking the rest of my order without the fry because I don’t need to eat it anyways, but as soon as I said that he went and had all my food ready to go, within 1 minute. Then the girl handing the food out had an awful attitude for who knows what reason because she was all smiles when I pulled up. I was extremely polite about it, I just didn’t want to sit for the extra time because my young kids were hungry.

What is the point of the drive thru? To not get out and waste too much time unless you are eating inside. Well I order my simple order of 2 mcchickens, 2 mcdoubles and 2 hot n spicy mcchickens. My gf checked the bag as usual since we have had many incorrect orders in the past and sure enough they gave us snack wraps so I had to obviously park go into the restaurant and then they had the nerve to ask if I knew what I ordered??? Of course I know what I ordered! This happened at about 10 pm

Dirty and disorganized. This is why this chain is circling the drain. People taking up space, non customers, waiting for the bus, which has a stop at the front entrance.

I’ll just disregard that I’ve spent 10 bucks on chicken nuggets, a flat large Sprite and a McChicken covered in mayonnaise…

This McDonald’s probably has the best night workers. Everything was incredible. I got there like around 1pm and it was great. The girl that took my order was sooooo nice and peppy. She was a breath of fresh air. I didn’t see one employee that was not smiling, even the people in the kitchen were smiling. Everyone in the front counter looked like they knew what they were doing. I got my food extremely fast and it was delicious. I ordered a Big Mac. It really speaks to how great and on top of things the night manager is. She looks like a great leader and manager. I believe she was wearing purple and her name tag said Monica. She kept that place running like a well oiled machine. 10 thumbs up

How awesome! My food was perfectly made and the girls working graveyard are doing a hell of a job running this place. Awesome customer service. I really hope they stay consistent. I usually drive to this McDonald’s rather than the one on Hacienda in front of the Jack n the box. They totally suck! Not just once, but every time that I’ve gone lol. So this one will do. :) I just come for the breakfast: D

The a Manager Tina was great! They messed up my order through the drive thru 3 weeks ago and she took care of me.

I started going to this Mc Donald’s about 1 month ago, and finally I find one that actually prepares my coffee just right.
I am a happy camper if my morning coffee is right :)

I give them 1 ever time I go thru the drive thru they never have my order right or they give me the wrong order or they can hear me what I am ordering or the food is cold you know what no star’s for them scratch that

Whenever I go to this McDonalds I always get bad service. I only go there because it’s close to where I live. I ordered chicken nugget meal & I get a buffalo chicken sandwich. WTH!

This place is pretty good. I’d rather go to this location over the location off of Azusa near the 10freeway. So far the service here have been somewhat quick which is a big plus. The other locations I’ve been to have been really slow in terms of service.

The exterior is fairly clean. The manager keeps it well-​maintained. There is often a worker hosing down the walkways, and it makes a real difference.
The interior is clean is well. The seating areas and fixtures look more modern than other McDonalds. Makes me wish the one back home had the same feel. But probably not because I wouldn’t want to be drawn there anymore than I have to haha.
Came here on Christmas morning because I don’t like the Filipino food my family usually serves. Despite having to work on Christmas morning, the employees were still friendly and attentive. I want to give a big kudos to the guy working the second drive through window handing out the meals – he had a big smile on his face.
Unfortunately, the parking area is a bit limited. The parking areas right after the drive through exit are too close to each other. Cars waiting for those spots to open up block drive through flow.
The parking areas on the side are oddly placed. They’re vertical, tail-​to-​front spots.
Overall, a little above average compared to other chains I’ve been to.

They have finally figured out how to make sweet tea. The past few times I’ve been here it has been good. I talked to one of the managers, and they said now they are using less water to make it, so it is sweeter and stronger. Good job guys. :)
They’ve also given me better customer service, been more friendly and I think they have been faster.
They were also flexible when the Monopoly game was going, would let me get a large fry and a medium drink with a meal, which some McDonald’s won’t do for some reason.

McD– for 28 years, you have never failed me. My last visit here for a total mind blowing experience because of the new modern décor and recent remodel that took place here not too long ago. This McD has fantastic service! I don’t think I have ever been treated so politely ever until that day. The lady was professional, kind, and patient. Always a thank you after a sentence! I am very impressed.
The food is always the same, but I enjoyed sitting on the counter top with my bf while watching morning news on the flat screen TV (next to the restroom). The place is kept pretty clean too. I saw a few people having a meeting in the back, and some elders chowing down breakfast together at the circular table section in the middle. It’s a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes me want to go back (especially with Monopoly going on!).
