The lady, Sandy, who works there, tries so hard to keep up, but this place needs HELP! I guess the company is too thrifty to hire someone else to aid her, because the woman does everything, and one person just can’t! We had to wait 1 ½ hours for our sitting, and then we had to wait 55 minutes to pick up the pictures. They want to get more customers, but how can they keep them if they don’t have good customer service? One thing, ordering online is faster and easier, once the pictures have been loaded by the studio into your account. I hope Olan Mills reads Unilocal reviews, because if they want to continue their business, they better shape up.
