PA College Prep

Before my son started attending PA College Prep, he was not doing so well in school and his motivation for learning was low. Once he started attending PA College Prep, I could see a change not only in his grades and his understanding of his subjects but also a great improvement in his motivation to study on his own!
My son now participates much more in school and his behavior has improved a lot as well! The teachers and the staff are very nice and patient. Thanks, PA College Prep!

My two daughters have been coming to PA College Prep since they were young. One of my daughters has now been accepted into Carnegie Melon, her dream college. I am so thankful to Kitty for all that she has done for my daughters! I know that the many hours they’ve spent learning at this school has paid off because they were finally able to attend their dream college. I would definitely recommend PA’s programs to anyone I meet.

I came here this past summer to get a head start on Algebra 1. The class sizes are small, so I got a lot of one-​on-​one time with the instructors! They gave me daily quizzes and homework which helped me retain the days’ lesson. Everyone was very friendly, especially the director, Miss Kitty, and the price was just right for my budget. When I went back to school in the Fall, I was already ahead of a lot of my friends who never learned the topics before. I’m glad I chose PA to help me with my educational goals. I will definitely be back this summer.

Thanks PA College Prep for helping my son get into the ideal college and help my son achieve his goals. The teachers and counselors are very knowledgeable and help my son a lot for the SAT and in the college process. You will get your answers for any questions and concern. I’ve been a student here for many years and the education and the direction under Ms. Kitty Yue is incomparable to any other prep school. Ms. Kitty has guided me throughout my high school career and prepared me for my college. She is an experienced educator who is caring and understanding. She treats all her students like her own kids! Definitely an outstanding place!

I attended PA College Prep for a few years and I can’t begin to describe how much the director, Ms. Kitty, has helped me through my high school years. Over the years, I began to appreciate the guidance and opinions that I received. I recently got accepted to UCLA and I can’t thank Ms. Kitty enough for everything she has done for me.

I am new to PA College Prep but in the last few months I have seen students there greatly improve not only their test scores but their study habits and attitudes about school and studying as well. I have even heard other parents talk about how their kids are more excited about getting better grades and about their improved study habits at home! I have never heard stories like this at any of the other facilities where I have taken my kids before.
I also like the way the school is keeping up with technology by recently installing their «computerized marker boards» (smart-​boards, they call them). They even have a fenced-​in play area in the back for the kids as well!
All in all, I am very impressed with PA College Prep. Their method of working with students is really paying off in higher test scores, increased chances for college and overall improvement in kids’ attitudes!

For starters, let me say that I can’t thank PA College Prep in West Covina enough for how they’ve transformed my son. As parents, my wife and I have always placed a strong emphasis on our son’s education; we want him to excel in areas where we’ve fallen short, and we want him to succeed where we have failed. PA College Prep has given our son a tremendous advantage over every other person his age. Despite the grand aspirations we have for our son, PA College Prep has exceeded our expectations. The proof is in the pudding, and they brought my son’s grades up from C’s and D’s all the way up to straight A’s across his entire report card. My wife and I couldn’t believe it! We didn’t think this was possible, but report cards don’t lie.
We owe everything to PA College Prep for going the extra mile to give our son the individual attention that he needed. However, improving our son’s academic performance was just the tip of the iceberg; PA College Prep improved our son’s entire life. In addition to academics, they placed a high priority on teaching morals, how to be respectful, how to be ambitious, how to have the dedication and perseverance to achieve anything, how to have the fortitude to achieve goals despite adversity, and how to be a better person overall. My wife and I noticed this after only a short time of having our son attend PA College Prep. He was changed, and it was a clear difference. There aren’t many schools out there that genuinely focus on the aspect of truly «caring» for their students. I’ve met the owner of the West Covina branch, Kitty Yue, and after only meeting her a couple times, my wife and I could tell that she drew her inspiration from watching her students grow, helping them raise their own bars and having absolute confidence in their abilities. From what I’ve seen, she chooses her teachers using the highest standards, choosing only those who are willing to go the extra mile to help their students; teachers who demonstrate both a talent for teaching well as well as an aptitude for discerning what each individual student needs to achieve success and be proud of his/​her accomplishments.
I would definitely recommend PA College Prep in West Covina to any parents who want their son (s)/daughter (s) to have an edge over other students in both education and life in general.

I like this school a lot .
My kids improved a lot calm and neat with his hand writing. Special in math and English .
Study stuff are similar with sylvan could be a little bit tuff.
But that how is its. Asian are number one investment education on their own kids.
Teacher are polite a little bit tuff on students
