Went in today to get a pair or earrings. Normally the girls working are really helpful and I at least get asked if I need assistance when I walk up, or shortly after. But tonight my boyfriend and I walk up to the kiosk walk around the whole thing pointing at earring and talking pretty loudly about which ones we were looking at but the girl working there did not move from her spot, in one of the corners, feet up and reading a book. She didn’t even look up at us. I even told my boyfriend how normally if a place of business doesn’t acknowledge me I walk away. I waited a little longer and kept looking up at the girl, and still, she didn’t even look up from her book. I guess her book was more important than a customer. I walked away and bought nothing. I doubt I will be returning to this kiosk again, which is a shame because I came here often, and this was the first bad experience I’ve had here. Oh well. I hope your book was worth it.

Horrible customer service worthless employees. They sold me a nose ring forced me to buy a warranty just so I can return it if I wanted went back to return it and guess what the stupid assistant manager said oh no we can only do exchanges we’ll both are dumb bitches because I was given the wrong information now im stuck with a piece of shit nose ring that I hate. Avoid this place it’s ghetto

Took my 4 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. She was very excited and did not cry when the two girls did the piercing. however she DID cry when the one girl could not get the cartridge to release the earring attached to her ear. 15 seconds went by with the girl fumbling around trying to get it off, then finally the other girl took over and began tugging on the cartridge to get it to release. This girl pulled on the earring IN my daughters newly pierced ears with force and that is when my daughter started crying. finally the girl got it to release and said, ‘sometimes they do that, they just misfire’. no apology or anything. the girl who originally did that piercing took off and didn’t say a word. on the receipt they had a code to do a survey, so when i got home i did the survey. at the end it asked whether i wanted a rep to call me concerning my visit, i put yes, and one week later and i have not heard anything. horrible customer service all around.
