This Pizza Hut doesn’t honor any special deals you see online so don’t bother wasting your time with them. I’ll order dominos from down the street better.

I ordered two Pizza’s. The first one was just as I ordered and the second one had toppings I did not order. I love Pizza Hut but I wish they would take the time to be accurate with orders. People could have allergies.

I typically don’t like Pizza Hut but the damn cheesy bites commercials hooked me one day. I ordered delivery of some honey BBQ wings, a large cheesy bite crust pizza and a regular large pizza. I ordered this to be delivered at about 4 pm. Delivery was great, he was on time, friendly and professional. I typically order extra cheese and sauce on Pizza Hut pizzas cause I find them too dry compared to other places so that helped. The cheesy bites weren’t as cheesy but alright. Wings were alright, the wing sauce was very runny and not thick like typical wing sauce. Had good flavor though. Overall the food could have been better. And don’t think I’ll be ordering Pizza Hut again for a while.

When my pizza was delivered it was all smashed on the box then I called to complain and they said they would either deliver another pizza but not to touch the one that was delivered or they could credit my account for another pizza but when I asked the amount they would credit it was less than what I paid

Attention corporate, you should consider training delivery drivers to be more polite! Placed a delivery order via phone and after ordering, I promptly asked if it was possible to break a 100 dollar bill because that was all I had. The worker on the phone placed me on hold and checked to see if she had change & told me there was! When the delivery man came with my pizza, we gave him the bill and after he told us that«next time don’t do this»(meaning don’t pay with a large bill) we aren’t suppose to carry a lot of change with us so don’t pay with a large bill. HELLO? I specifically asked the lady I was speaking to if it was possible?! If it wasn’t possible than she could have told me that they don’t accept large bills… So it was rude for this delivery guy to say that to us when I already made sure that you guys were aware I was paying with a large bill. Totally unhappy with this location. 2 stars for the nice lady on the phone.

I am total Pizza Hut fan and I love their new menus as well. This particular branch is a good as well, I always order my order through my cell phone via their website and drive to the location within 15 mins. My current favorite is their large 2 topping special for $ 8.99. I order it with white sauce(instead of the red marina sauce), chicken and mushrooms(sort of like fettuccini), cheddar crust and balsamic topping. OMG. It’s the best. I’d totally eat this everyday but eating pizza everyday is pretty unhealthy. Anyway this location is small but what more do you need if you’re just picking up your pies and going home to eat it? The workers are pretty nice as well. I love it when they they open the pizza box and present you your order.

Idk for everyone else who’s posted reviews, but every time I have ordered either pickup or delivery, the service I have received has always been stellar. Particularly from Aaron and Eddie! They always seem like they’re having a good time and get things done right the first time! They definitely deserve recognition!

I ordered a pizza. Claim my card did not go through. Firstly didn’t even bother to call back to say so. Secondly order wasn’t even found or made to begin with. Last my card was still charged. Guess who might get sued.

I «phone ordered» for pickup. Asked for hand tossed and well done. What did I get? A dam PAN pizza. Dont even bother to wonder if it was well done. I already had three bad episodes in the past with this specific location. So naturally, when I came in to check my order and confirm if it was correct, obviously it was wrong. I bet you’re asking why didnt I say something when I checked? #1 this is the 4th time I have been here. Making it the 4th mistake they made. #2 I dont have TIME to stand around in their crammed 4×10 waiting room while they make the CORRECT order. #3 sure I can potentially get free bread sticks but in the end, I just want what I ordered. Nothing less, nothing more. #4 what is the point of them repeating the order to you if it turns out completely wrong? There is a purpose to repeating no? Maybe next time if I feel adventurous, I’m just gonna ask them to suprise me on my order because whats the point of telling them what I want? Or maybe use reverse psychology and tell them all the things I «don’t» want and end up getting what I really wanted. … I tried..

Recently ordered a pizza for pick up. When we arrived to pick up the pizza we were handed the order, usually at other stores they open the box and show you the pizza to ensure they have the right pizza for you. When we got back to our office we opened the box to find the completely wrong pizza! When we called to find out what happened we were greeted with the biggest attitude and no apology whatsoever. These employees do not know the first think about customer service they couldn’t care less about their customers, I know this from first & second hand experience. When I asked when we can expect them to deliver our pizza the manager stated it’s going to take at least 25 min and I asked why it would take longer than the first pizza we ordered she said«look, you are asking me how long it’s going to take and i’m telling you» So I said what’s with the attitude? Can I speak with a manager? and she says«I am the manager» WOW this is the example the employees are learning from?! The way the manager speaks to customers is disgusting, we will never go here again and we will warn everyone we know from ever going here. I hope someone higher up in their branch gives a crap because these employees don’t.

Never again am I coming to this Pizza Hut. I ordered two pizzas & I could see from behind the counter they were just sitting there for almost 10 minutes. The phone was ringing that whole time & not one employee was in sight for those 10 mins. Very bad costumer service.

This Pizza Hut might be one of the worst pizza huts when it comes to service. Constantly getting orders wrong, undercooked pizza, late delivery services and an extremely rude manager named Henry. If you can go to another Pizza Hut I recommend you do!!!

I first want to say I have been coming to this PH for years and tonight what my neighbor and I witnessed was beyond horrific. At about 9:10p.m. we arrived to pick up the $ 10 any topping deal. It took about 35 minutes(promised at 30). There was a nice delivery man to greet us, but unfortunately didn’t have access to the register, so he couldn’t help us. We noticed there was an open pizza that was accessible to anyone who wanted it inside of the heater with the other pizzas ready for pick-up or delivery. On the counter that appeared to be where the pizza making station was, was a slice of pizza that an employee was eating while attaining to active pizza orders. Twice we witnessed him eating pizza, then handling food and other products customers would touch, without washing his hands. The final straw was when he took a bite of pizza, took a swig of his Mountain Dew soda, wiped his mouth and came to take our money with soda dripping down his face and hand. I gave him the money and unfortunately had to make known what we saw. His rude response was, «Ummm, I washed my hands so you have nothing to worry about. Thank you very much. Have a nice night,» then dropped change, picked it up and walked away back to the pizza station. The nice delivery man was mortified and apologized that he didn’t have the register. All I could say was, «We saw that while we were here. God only knows what else happened while our pizza was being made. How do you think we feel?» and we left. To have that experience makes me uneasy, considering how many pizza place nightmares regarding sanitation you hear about. I do not plan on coming back because of the response of the cashier and his lack of understanding for sanitation and cleanliness.

After dealing with a psycho 8itch manager, Brittany, I never want to order at this location again. They had issues on taking my order via telephone and when I picked it up, as sure as you know it my pizza was screwed up. I called and spoke with Brittany and she was obnoxiously rude. Was not apologetic and very displeased to be working there. Needless to say, she should have acted professional and apologetic. I’d rather order from another Pizza Hut down the other side of West Covina. P. S. there was also a long strand of hair woven within the cheese and pepperoni. Nasty!

Besides not getting my name right and couldn’t find my order… There is this employee by the last name of(Smith) first initial(B) very rude and have unpleasant appearance to customers! No greeting when I walked in, instead goes(pick up or placing order) no please or thank you when requesting the money and handing back the change! Not even a thank you when handing me my pizza! She talks with a mean bad attitude! Not sure who the hell would hire someone like that? I get home with my pizza… Regular sauce after asking for light sauce. The dough was waaay over risen! That tells me the dough was left outside for a long time and that could cause poisoning because of the yeast in it!(How do i know that? i owned and managed my own pizza shop! i was in business for years!!) The dough tasted like I was chewing on a sponge! The whole pizza tasted like crap! They use very cheap cheese and sauce poured out straight from a can onto the pizza and nothing been added to it! This was my first visit to this store and I would never go back there again or recommend anybody!!! This place shouldn’t be in business! I would love to meet up with the manager to see what the hell is he managing in this place!!! I have no idea how this business is running!

Pretty standard as far a pizza huts go. Be sure to order online for best deals or use the mobile app. If you can’t get that to work call them like I did and they honored the online coupons I had. They delivered in 30 minutes which was great. Very delicious as usual and the soda they brought was ice cold much appreciated. Worker on the phone as well at driver were very nice.

DONOTEATHERE! I never thought I’d have to say this, but I would give this place no stars if possible. I ordered 2 larges and que papas. It took over an hour for the delivery man to show up. Finally, I sat down, bit into my pizza and guess what I find? A long, black hair. Thats right folks! Baked into my pizza, was a LONGBLACKHAIR! I know it’s not mine, because it was BAKEDINTO my pizza. so. freakin. nasty. Called the store to tell them what we found and to get a refund. Not only did they give us a hard time, but they expected us to drive the food back to them. What kind of customer service is this? WTH?! I don’t know why they wanted the pizza back, but we had no problem giving their nasty pizza back. I’m sure they probably just resold it to someone else. When the delivery guy came, he investigated the pizza, saw the hair waving back at him and apologized. We had eaten the que papas that we ordered, but he asked for those back too. Did he want us to barf it back up? Told him we ate those and he even wanted the EMPTY que papas box. Food for thought: They just lost a ton of customers. Management needs to rethink how they do business and more importantly, invest in some damn hair nets. Want good pizza, good customer service, and prompt delivery? Then don’t even think about this shitty place.

Its pizza hut. What else can i say… Its a typical pizza hut with a full menu of pizzas, wings, pastas, and more. Good spot to pick up your food and go. The other pizza hut in la puente on hacienda and francisquito does not have wingstop. This one does.
