Replanet Recycling

Went to this spot this morning and the grouchy ass that worked there was so rude! It’s not my fault u hate ur job bro! Ended up taking my recyclables somewhere else and I definitely won’t be going back to this location.

Horrible service. This location OR the company choose to only run 1 machine at a time. I should have learned — The last time I was there they had long lines and 1 machine «Out of Order» with several people in line waiting. Then the «Good» machine broke and THEY OPENED THE OTHER ONE WITHIN 5 MINUTES! I gathered all my stuff and left. I emailed the company and never got a response.
Today again an unbelievable wait — 1 hour and 50 minutes. Today we called the company to complain and we were told we would get a callback in 24 – 48 hours. The worker there told one customer the 2^nd machine was not there??? Then told my wife it was not used because bags were in the way! 4 people were frustrated and settled for bulk weight and left mad. We took some pictures to validate our complaint and then one RePlanet employee started taking pictures of us or the line. Does this company make more money if they take bulk weight versus recycling via the machine??? If they do then these practices are illegal. This location is worthless.

No .not friendly. .there are other places to go. you stand there and put one can in at a time. must put them in slowly or machine stops working… thats after waitin for a few others in front of you… then they pay you with a voucher for Albertons
