I used Edwin Rivera in December 2011. I was surprised to see such bad reviews here, but I understand that every business has bad days. However, I must say that I thought Edwin and his crew were FABULOUS! They were right on time and handled everything with extraordinary care. Before we left our old place, Edwin made very sure that we were happy and that everything we wished them to move had indeed been taken. Honestly, I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided or the attitude of his entire crew. Shortly after our experience, we recommended Edwin to a friend who was moving an entire business. He thought they were superb and was very happy.

Normally I don’t comment on bad experiences, but I hope no one else has to go through this long ordeal like I did. The owner, Edwin, was recommended to me by a friend. When scheduling the move, the coordinator asked if her movers could show up at 7am. I agreed. The movers didn’t show up until 9:30am because the coordinators phone was stolen the night before and my contact info wasn’t written down. She googled me and found my info. They were two men who helped me move. They were short the number of boxes agreed upon and we had to slam my stuff in 5 boxes that were provided. Although I believe we had agreed upon more boxes. It was apparent they didn’t care about my stuff when moving. Knocked items into corners, argued with my mom and I on how moving should be done and Broke a lamp. One guy was on the phone with his girlfriend the whole time! They drove 35 miles per hour on the freeway, which ranked up their total commission amount, on purpose! Overall move time took 7 hours for a 1 bedroom! If you want horrible service, broken stuff and an expensive bill, contact them. Otherwise use another company.
