Worst customer service and crap products. My sunglasses just broke and it was barely over 1 year since I bought them. I called to see if there was anything they could do(wasn’t hoping for much since it was over a year). I spoke with Heather and she said yes absolutely, since it was barely over the year they could do an even exchange. I drove 30 minutes over in the 100+ degree weather based on the information she gave me. I had to wait for the sole associate to help me(who only staffs 1 person on a Sunday?) and she right away said they could not do that and called the manager. The manager said that Heather had no authority to tell me that and they couldn’t do it since it was past a year. Employees should not make promises that cannot be kept. No only was I lied to, but I wasted my time and gas and for nothing. I called asking what their policy was and I was completely misinformed. They should have honored what their employee said. The only thing the manager said was«well you had them for a year.» That does nothing to make me feel better about spending money on expensive sunglasses that were supposed to last a while! Horrible. DONOTSPENDMONEYHERE!

Sunglass Hut in West Covina Macys has horrible customer service. Macys just rents out space to them and does not accept any responsiblity for them. I went in to have my sunglasses adjusted(that I bought there) and the girl said they do not adjust sunglasses there. Another time I went in the get a new pair of glasses with my year policy and they said they will not honor the year 50% trade in and sent me on my way if I did not want to pay the full retail price for a new pair of glasses. The employees will always say«My manager…» Their manager is a stickler and it is sad to see such bad service for Sunglass Hut and for Macys as Macys is a wonderful serivce kind of store!!! Buyers beware. You are better off walking a bit into the mall and shop at the actual Sunglass Hut Retail Store.
