I have had nothing but good experiences with this store and the employees. Yes it is a small store so they get very busy and it gets crowded. But I’ve always been greeted promptly and have never waited more than 10 mins. My boyfriend and I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile 8 months ago. Michael helped us do that. He was very informative and patient as he explained their plans and coverage. We made the switch and have been happy with the service so far. Decided to upgrade to the iPhone 6s, came to the store to order it and was assisted by Diego. He was also patient and helpful because I kept going back and forth on doing the Jump on Demand or not. The phone was on back order for 6 – 8 weeks but it actually arrived within 2 weeks. :) I set it up from a back up on iTunes but somehow it never actually got activated so nothing worked on it. I took it to the store yesterday and Jonathan was a great help. He had it up and running in less than 5 mins. I had also gotten a screen protector from Amazon and asked if he could put it on the phone for me. He explained that they are usually not supposed to do that if the screen protector was not purchased in store but he said he would as long as I understood if it messed up the store wouldn’t replace it. I was fine with that and he did an excellent job. My phone works great and now is protected thanks to his efforts.

De’Janae Johnson is one of the nicest retail sales associates I have ever met. She was very kind and considerate with me when I asked her to help clip my SIM card. I had just visited 2 other T-mobile locations that said they were unable to clip my card. She helped me swiftly and with much positivity. I really appreciated her eagerness to help someone in need. Great customer service.

I have to say I was very much happy. With service. I needed to add an unlocked iPhone 5s to my 4 for $ 100 plan. Diego hooked me up. he was informative and managed to get the right size SIM card activated. he even tried to get a similar number to the ones on my plan, but no luck. The fact that he tried was enough for me. He told me my new rate and my brother was happy that he now has 10GB of data. This is a smaller store, they do have Working Phones to try out. Which is a plus. it is a bit crowded, but still manageable. Parking is Hell! There are only like 16 parking spots, this is no fault to the store. just a heads up to the reader. I have another family who wants to switch from Sprint… I will refert them here. Thanks Diego and T-Mobile Fam!!!

I appreciated the patience they had with my parents as they were very indecisive about their plan and phones. However I did not appreciate the fact that they screwed up the activation of our plans. AND 1) they didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted the insurance, and just added another $ 10 charge into my account… I actually overheard the conversation the rep was having with her manager, specifically asked them to NOT to add it, she half heartedly scribbled it out of the contract… but it ended up being added to the account. 2) they promised me unlimited data for the added line, but they forgot to add the feature… so I went three days without any data. I had to call the T-Mobile CS to fix all of this. They apologized for dropping the ball and remedied it very quickly, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. You loose customers with carelessness. Please be careful.

BEST customer service at this location! I had the pleasure of being helped by Dajanae and Patricia. Dajanae goes above and beyond to help u resolve any issues u may have. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and Patient which is rare these days. She is a example of what extraordinary customer service should be like… Patricia and Dajanae worked together for over 1hr ½ trying to resolve my issue… Although they weren’t able to resolve it immediately, they gave me a temporary solution that I was happy with. I would recommend anyone with tmobile to come to this location for all your tmobile needs.

Long waits. Rushed. Broken«new» phones. Watch out! I came in to trade carriers. Paying for early termination fee was a huge factor that made me switch. I spoke with them several times regarding switching so I know exactly what I was getting into. But when I got there, they finally just informed me that it takes at least 6 weeks to process that, so you’ll be responsible for it or it goes to collection if you don’t pay it. I wasn’t told about this IMPORTANT fact until I signed up to switch. The whole time, they’d emphasize that they’d pay it right away… Not! They didn’t do my file transfers from my old phones to the new ones. They sent me home with the phones in the boxes. And then I drove home to find out that they gave me a damaged iPhone 6 phone. So now I gotta go back and get it replaced and deal with the long waits and terrible customer service, again. I waited for at least 20 minutes to be «recognized» that I needed assistance. And another 20 minutes to actually get help. With all the waiting involved, it left me about 30ish minutes before they close. So I was rushed! Rep made it clear that any questions I may have weren’t welcomed because he was rushing. Oh and he took care of a few other customers WHILE he was doing my stuff. And those customers came after I did. It was rude and it definitely made me feel unimportant. And again, rushed. I wasn’t even able to play with the devices because I had to make instant decisions after asking the rep a couple of questions. Maybe if he actually took appropriate time and fairly focused on one customer at a time. I wouldn’t have received a damaged phone and wouldn’t have to go through such hassle!

I went to this store yesterday, it was a really great experience. I got exactly what I wanted and paid what I expected to pay. The manager Savannah is truly amazing, she went out of her way to get me my new gold iPhone 6. It wasn’t in stock, but she made sure I was happy. And let me tell you about Dj she too gave great customer service. Her knowledge and assistance was greatly appreciated. She put all my devices together, screen protector, cases and ready to use. I recently upgraded to an S5 and I had great customer service signing up. Sadly, I forgot the guy’s name, but he was very laid back and helpful. The service here can be a little slow, but they are very helpful and kind. And usually greet you immediately. I usually come to this location over the one that is closer to me because they have great customer service and employees who seem to be knowledgeable about the phones and services.

Came just to get a new SIM card and Ana is the best worker they have! She’s running around helping customers while a few of the other guys are kind of just standing around saying that someone will help us shortly. But Ana was very helpful and kind! I would come back just for her great customer service.
