Whiteswan Pools and Spas

I had searched for a swim spa for over a year comparing prices and visiting showrooms. A few companies even wanted to sell me one from out-​of-​State outlets for thousands less then local manufacturers. After reading other readers reviews I realized that buying close from a reputable company was extremely important, as the product is huge and return would not be easy. Many consumers complained tirelessly that something went wrong with their spa soon after purchase and nobody would help them. Some even complained that the warranty wasn’t honored.
Well, I almost gave up the idea all together, when I found White Swam Spa and Pool in West Covina. The owner Michah was so honest and helpful that I decided to make the purchase in two payments. I am so happy I did. He and his team, have been extremely helpful during each step of the process, returning my call right away, reassuring me, helping me learn about chemicals and heating systems, taking the old spa, staying during the craning of the swimspa over my house; They are an amazing company and dedicated group of folks. Do not be fooled by price alone. This is a huge purchase and an item you’ll have for many, many years to come… investing in a product through a great company is definitely the best choice and White Swan keeps their word.
I wasn’t going to get any special features, but Micah told me my kids would love it and he was so right on. They love the river jets and I love the jacuzzi jets.

I bought my Jacuzzi spa from Micah about 10 years ago and have not had to make a service call until today. Tony came out and did the service in less than a half hour as promised. I’m very please with his service and he even coached me on a few things to do to keep it going another 10 years.

I bought the J-​365 Jacuzzi over a year ago. I couldn’t have purchased a better addition to my house. Whiteswan pools went out of their way to help me with installation. In order to have this installed I required a crane company to deliver it over the side of my house. Most crane places charged a price that was insanely high but Whiteswan found a great, cheap company. Micah has been helpful with additional questions over the past year. I would definitely trust this place for a great installation and a great product.

Absolutely LOVE my Jacuzzi! We got a great deal, and the follow up service has been first rate. I can just call or email them and have parts delivered to my doorstep. They really know their spas.
