Like WOW! Can I just say that I had an amazing experience here this afternoon. Clarissa provided such great customer service. I went through the drive thru. I was not at the window but Clarissa came to my car. I asked her what she was doing. She explained that her job is to ensure everyone has their drinks and gets charged to help the flow of traffic. I explained that I never visit weinersch (cannot spell that and won’t try). Clarissa then explained how they do their best to keep everything moving and freshly made.
When it was my turn at the window, my food was hot and ready. She sent me off with a great smile and warm wishes for a good afternoon.
It’s not often I Unilocal about fast food. Service is always mediocre at best. I had to give Clarissa a shot out for her great personality and efficiency skills. You go girl!

ROOT BEER FLOATS …
Yes, this is where I go to get my root beer floats, haha. They are actually pretty good, cheap on Fridays, serve enough root beer and a heart couple scoops of soft serve!
JALAPENO POPPERS …
Yup, they make the best jalapeño poppers compared to all other fast food (drive-​thru) competitors.
Chili Cheese CURLY Fires …
Not many places you can get some chili cheese fries with CURLY fires, and they do it. Chili will not be your best, but it satisfies that quick craving.
Lastly, I don’t know what it is, but you know how McDonalds has the best Coke, well Wienerschnitzel along with Taco Bell have the best Pepsi! No lie, lol.

ALWAYS TRY TO UPSELL!
It’s so funny, you gotta try this the next time you come here… Order whatever you order and at the end, say «nothing else».
No matter what, they’ll always ask you if you want to try their specials. Even though you tell them «that’s it» after your order, they’ll ask if you want more shit.
ANNOYING!
The staff here ultimately look like they just came out of jail. Lol. I’d rather go to corn dog on a stick at the mall where it looks like the food is more safe to eat.
This Wieners is going to go down unless it meets cosmetic expectations with the new mcds and el pollo across the ways.

Beware! The price on the menu board is lower than what they actually charge you at the register. I ordered a chocolate strawberry freeze for 2.89. I was charged $ 3.42 instead of $ 3.15, which is what it should have been with tax. I asked for a receipt and saw that they added .25 for the chocolate and strawberry, which was no where on the menu. They apparently have not been very successful with the upscale, so it appears they just charge you more than they advertise. Not the first time I had that problem at that location.

Service was not the best… I witnessed food tossed into a bag w a whole lot of sloppiness… n watched them put my food into a bag… so if wasnt for the fact I wanted their chili fries… this review would’ve been worse

the food is as good as fast food gets… which obviously isn’t that great but i’ve been here a handful of times recently & normally i wouldn’t even think twice about leaving fast food a review but each time i went they walked all the way to where my car was in the drive through just to take my money/​card and have everything ready for me as soon as i drove up to the window if not even walk the food out to me as soon as they had it ready. food’s been fresh, and all the jazz with no probs as well… impressive for a fast food joint

Blech! The only thing I can stomach from this place would be the corn dogs which are always really fucking good compared to the ones you could purchase in bilk @Costco. I always thought the chili here was way too salty. That goes for dogs and burgers and they both manage to suck. Staff is still awesome though!

This is probably the best Wienerschnitzel I have ever been to! The Corn dog is crispy and the hot dogs are made right.
This place is the traditional out-​door seating Wienerschnitzel. It’s pretty clean outside and is walking distance from the West Covina mall.

Hey, it’s Wienerschnitzel… what you do you want? This one is right off a major street. It can be hectic getting in and out of the parking lot, but usually there is no problem. The chili dogs and corn dogs are good. My mom loves when we pick her up some 5 for $ 5 or whatever the promotion might be for the week. There is usually some kind of deal that makes it worth while to stop in for a quick bite.
