Went in again to attempt to get assistance with unlocking my old iPhone. I encountered an extremely rude Ronald (Ronnie) Victor. First off he was helping someone else and interrupted my conversation to tell me I need to fill out the form online and submit it that they never deal with unlocking phones In the store. I tried to explain that to him. And HE DISMISSED ME SAYING HE WAS WITH A CUSTOMER. You Mr Victor interjected yourself into my conversation then you turn around and tell me your with a customer. Then when I explained to him that he interjected HE LAUGHED AT ME! Myra Peimutter I’m still waiting for your call !
