Walked in tonight with the intent on buying a DSLR and an upgraded lense. I talked with an employee who advised that he wasn’t trained on cameras but he’ll find someone to help. A few minutes later he returned and advised that no one in the store knows anything about DLSR’s. Best Buy just lost $ 1,500 — $ 2,000.

Great service! Went to the Best Buy across town to get my son a new phone. Went through the whole process up until we had to pay and they didn’t have the phone we asked for. We jumped in our car and drove to this best buy 5 minutes before close and Stephen helped us. Even though we were there 30 minutes after close to set up the whole process all over again from the first store. Stephen was very nice and helpful and super polite helping us after hours. I will go to this Best Buy for all my future purchases!

The workers here were very nice and greeted me and offered help. They have a good selection of electronics like any other Best Buy would. One gripe I do have is that the employees don’t seem to be very knowledgeable about certain products. In the end I had to base my decision on my own judgment and readings I have done on the product I was looking at.

Just left the store looking to purchase a washer/dryer and fridge this evening at 8:40pm Tuesday November 4. I looked around price comparing taking photos of the appliances without any help. I did observe three gentlemen in best buy uniforms talking to each other joking. They looked at me a few times but never bothered to ask me if I needed help. I’m Now taking my $ 4000 to sears or Home Depot. Absolutely terrible. I will also be writing a letter to corporate.

5 stars? Really? I know, but the service I got recently was excellent. I had bought a game, and that game’s price had dropped. I’d bought it at , and had reward zone certificates. Those things put a bigger wrinkle into the transaction. After trying for 30 minutes, they told me I needed to call 888-best-buy. They offered to do it for me, and minutes later, I had the price match. Another location had told me it wasn’t possible. Thanks Best Buy at Jordan Creek!

We went to Best buy to purchase a 3DTV today since our old tv broke. We walked in and were not greeted or acknowledged by any employees! We asked 1 person for help and he said he would be back. A few minutes later we saw him with a group of other employees talking. Very disappointing. We left and purchased somewhere else based on the customer service we received.
