Brian made the purchase our new home in Des Moines a very smooth process! Considering we were in the middle of moving from California, I have to admit I didn’t think that would be possible. He was a pleasure to work with, returned all of my calls, handled all of my anxious questions with patience, was incredibly flexible, and able to work with all of the strange demands an out of state transaction entails. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others!

Brian is amazing. We went the VA loan route, and Brian knows his stuff. I am an underwriter in a different field, so my anxiety through the mortgage underwriting process was probably an 11 on a scale of 1 – 10. He always answered my questions, calmed my nerves, kept us updated, found the best financial options for us and was always calm, friendly and happy to answer questions. Just a fantastic experience all around. In fact things went so smoothly, that it made me nervous! In hindsight, I realize that was because of his ability to assess your initial paperwork and anticipate what additional will be needed before underwriting has to come back and ask for it. Hands down the best of the best!
