For an office supply store, I was very surprised that four different people approached us to see if we needed help! That, in itself, was impressive to me.

After a rocky start the staff came through and I left with the item I came to the store to purchase.
They only had the floor model although there were a stack of tickets in the sleeve and it was in the ad for that week. I find this irritating but after some coercion the manager made a deal and everyone was happy. I also like their rewards program.
