This story was pretty promising when it first opened. Now, it’s constantly understaffed and overstocked. The denim wall is nearly always a big, dusty, haphazard pile of jeans strewn about. I don’t have the time in my life required to find the sizes I need on that, or the big lumps of pants, khakis or sweaters located around the store. There’s never enough clearance to navigate around the store without bumping into clothes or other customers. The final straw was when an employee stared blankly at me when I asked her to check the stock for a shirt for me, or to ask the other store in town if they carried it. She then lied to me and told me the other store had run out of the shirt — I called over myself, and the other store had the shirt, and held it for me. I’ll be shopping there from now on. I’m tired of having to go spelunking just to shop. I’m done with this store.

This used to be 1 of my fav Old Navy stores & the stock they’d carry would be different than the stores in San Francisco so it was always a treat to come out here & see what they have Alas, this is no longer the case. It seems as if all Old Navys are carrying the same lines and even more disappointingly, they have stopped carrying their line of professional-wear…it’s all t-shirts, cottony dresses, & active-wear Also, the quality of their t-shirts has gone the way of see-through — or I believe the modern term is «layering». Word to the masses, most times 1 tshirt is enough. I sometimes *don’t* like to layer my wardrobe On the good side, you can still find affordable shorts in all lengths & fun shoes that are surprisingly good quality — at least the tennies & flip flops I have, have yet to fall apart So have to say overall, this store is A-OK

I have to give them all 5 stars. I shop here regularly and the staff are always helpful. Being that it is a new store, it is definatly clean. To be quite honest though, if you have been in an Old Navy once, you have been in all of them. My 5 stars are awarded however, because of their quick response when my 2 year old took off. My 2 year old has a history of running in stores, so I am prepared for this to happen and keep her close. I had my 11 year old in tow and both of us were keeping close watch. Around the corner she went, my son went one way, I the other to head her off. As if David Copperfield was right there, she was gone. Completely vanished out of our view within a second. My son stayed to search towards the back of the store, while I rushed towards the front to guard the doors, telling everyone in my path my daughters description. I found an employee and she rushed to the front with her description as well. Right after that, a kind customer located her and her tiny little hiding spot she cleverly found for herself. I was impressed with the employee who was so quick to act. She didn’t waste time asking useless questions. Got the information and off she went to notify everyone. If I could have found her to thank her personally I would have.
