This place is off the charts AMAZING. I have never enjoyed a cupcake so much! Best place ever for dessert, nothing will ever top this for me now!!!

After having lunch near the mall, we were looking for somewhere new to enjoy a quick dessert. We spotted this place and figured a quick cupcake would do fine for a small dessert. We did some research before entering and found out it was a nationwide chain. This to me means it could be good because they are established, have a track record, and a standard of operation for quality cupcakes. We really like the interior décor, it is a small and cute cupcake shop. There are a couple dozen options for cupcakes which are displayed nicely. The staff member is very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations. We ending up getting a Chocolate Caramel cupcake, it was alright. Their prices are $ 3 per cupcake or $ 33 for a dozen. The box it comes with is very cute. Honestly, the box and design of the cupcake were both better than the actual taste of the cupcake.

These are the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. They are moist and the flavors are fabulous.(The other cupcake place’s flavors are more sugary than flavorful.). The staff is friendly and helpful, the boxes are cute, sturdy and hold your cupcakes in place without touching each other or sliding around. The store is cute and clean with a parlor feel. There are tables if you’d like to eat your cake on-site.

I wasnt very impressed. Not bad, but nothing special. The wedding cake cupcake it very popular and can be found at almost all bakeries. I tried theirs. And the cake itself wasnt bad, however, the frosting was NOT good. It was a pale pink color, and was laking flavor and was very sugary. The cost is more than other local bakeries, but the cake size is bigger, so I enjoyed that.

Hands down: the cupcakes are good. I had the red velvet and my boyfriend had the chocolate crème. Both were excellent. The atmosphere of the shop is a little awkward because it is so quiet. Some music or TV would make the environment a lot more comfortable. Also, a water jug would add some appeal to the store since they don’t sell any drinks and you’re consuming a sugary treat. I would have also liked if they had some samples of the cupcakes so that we could try the different flavors and that would have enticed me to purchase more than 2 cupcakes. Overall good product but store needs some work.

Ended up seeing this place next to the NYC Pizza that we visited on a Saturday night. We ended up just missing them being open as they close at 8. We were looking at the signs in the windows when my daughter went up to the window to look in. The lady that was sweeping up opened the door and invited us in. She told us she still had some cupcakes and hadn’t closed out the register yet. We were thankful and went into to see what she had left. We found a small selection of cupcakes left but it was an amazing small selection. My wife ended up getting a Key Lime gluten free cupcake, my daughter got a pink chocolate cupcake and I got a chocolate vanilla cupcake. My wife’s gluten free that she got, which she doesn’t need but that’s the only kind they had left of that flavor, was so good that she could barely tell the difference. My daughter and I also very munch enjoyed ours as well! The lady working was super friendly and helpful. The shop was clean, well put together and smelled amazing!!! We’ll definitely be back!!!

My kids wanted a special gift for Teacher Appreciation Day. So we decided cupcakes… Well we would NEVER recommend this place! The girl working was Extremely unfriendly and did not appreciate that I wanted 6 cupcakes in different boxes(well they were for gifts) then I asked for a bag or something to put them in. I was informed they don’t have bags. Good thing I only got 6 and was able to carry them out without dropping them! I will defiantly never return I will stick with Scratch that have $ 2 cupcakes instead of $ 3 and much friendlier service, more selection and even a bag to put my cupcakes in!

I’m not sure if this business is new or not, but their shop is very simple. Its not very welcoming or cozy. The place smelled more of cleaning products than cupcakes(I guess on the positive side of things that means the place was clean!). I ordered the peanut butter cupcake. It was delicious. The cream was creamy and peanut buttery and their cupcake was moist. Cupcakes were about $ 3 each. I think they accept credit cards but were reluctant to allow use of them for payment. What is the point of having an iPad as the«cash register» if we can’t provide any type of digital or credit card payment. They preferred cash but when I gave the cashier a $ 20 bill, she wanted to give me $ 4 in quarters as change. Thankfully the guy running the place was able to give me dollars back. This place needs some music or something playing in the background – it was way too quiet and awkward. I did appreciate that they had a box for a single cupcake for take away orders. If this place makes some changes to how they run the store, it should do well.
