Pizza Hut

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Every time I come here to give them another chance with a simple pick up order, they delay an hour with 3 upset people ahead of me. I smile and wait everytime because I understand how food service can be confusing with a a lot of customers, but EVERY time? I’d rather drive an hour farther then settle for this trash.

We ordered pizza from here today and we had two issues, the first one ending up paling in comparison. We ordered the flavor crust topping and didn’t get (wasn’t a big deal in the scheme of things). The major issue was the food poisoning. Within an hour of eating, we all were running to the bathroom with diarrhea. I wish we had a couple more bathrooms. It was awful and we’re all still suffering. Before anyone is skeptical, this pizza was the only item that we all consumed today. Crappy way to spend the evening together (pun intended). Won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Had a shocking experience last night with the west Dundee Pizza Hut that reminded me why I never order Pizza Hut. Ordered online and said it would be delivered at 9:13. At 9:30 we called and got put on hold to talk to manager for 6 minutes. Hung up and called back to be put on hold again. Called back multiple times to no avail. Finally got awful girl to cancel our order. MANAGER then called back and said, «HAHA Look who’s not getting a pizza!» Emailed corporate. FYI this is how they run this location apparently. I wish I could click for negative stars.

Buffet expensive compared to many other Pizza Hut buffets around the country. From my experience here, Pizza quality so-​so compared to Pizza Huts around the country. Ok to visit once in a while.

Would rate this location much lower if it was possible. Called at 7:25 pm stating that 2 people were going to come dine in but wanted the pizza to be in the oven so when we arrived it would be practically done. They said that was fine and the pizza should be done in about 15 minutes. Arrived at 7:45 and the staff seemed confused when we arrived (miscommunication between team member) about what was going on with our order. Once everything was figured out we were seated and took about 20 minutes for an order of 5 breadsticks to come out. 8:20 pm after waiting wondering were the pizza was the server brought over 1 of the 2 pizzas that was ordered and apologized for the delay, she stated that the 2^nd pizza was lost in the boxes of pizza that were sitting out for pickups. Our dine in pizza was boxed up for pick up. 5 minutes later they finally found the pizza. Since they were both sitting boxed up they got cold. We asked for them to be reheated and they said that was not possible but that they would remake the pizzas for us and it would be another 15 minutes. 8:45 pm finally received our pizzas that were ordered at 7:25 pm Would not recommend this location to anyone. Very dirty, unorganized, a whole lot of miscommunication and pointing the finger at other employees.

Had dinner there tonight. Good to know there is a drive through! Sue, our server, was very pleasant. Not the cleanest place but what PH is. Food came out fast, was hot and tasted great.

This place is great, I would give them 4 stars just for having a drive thru! So convenient. We ordered a double order of cheesy breadsticks, I picked them up in 15 minutes and they were ready as promised. The service was fast and friendly. The service here is definitely better than Papa John’s down the street.

The chicken wings is not at all good.

Pretty good place, but it was desserted when we got there on sunday evening. We ordered thin crust with half veggie and half red meat pizza. Also, had buffalo chicken wings and parmesan crusted wings. Also had the hershey covered bites with white chocolate dipping — that was good!!! Service was ok.

I called to order carry out on a Sunday afternoon. Elliott was the gentleman that answered the phone. Elliott was extremely friendly and welcoming when I placed my order. When I stopped in to get my pizza my Pizza was on time has promised within 15 minutes. I was greeted by Elliott. I also gave him a tip for the great service. And in the meantime that I was at the counter, the other employees of the pizza Hutt asked if I had been helped and if i was doing OK? Very friendly and refreshing to see a well managed restaurant as there are so many places to choose from now a days. I will return. Thank you.

We dropped in for a late lunch on 8÷3÷2013. It took 10 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty dining room. We were seated at a wet table and had to use the napkin the silver was rolled in to dry it. After a few minutes the server brings 1 menu and walks away. We had limited time to eat so we ordered right away. The 2 house salads were nice until the dressing cups came drenched in ranch. Server brought out our pizza knowing it was missing some ordered toppings, she asked if we wanted a new pizza but we had no time to wait. About 2 slices into it we noticed half the pizza was missing crust. Then asked for the check and left. We all seen the pizza hut ads for takeout deals, is it because their dining in service is so bad? Dirty tables everywhere, mashed pasta in carpet, understaffed and poorly trained employees. It will be a very long, long time before I return here.

This place has been around FOREVER… I grew up ordering from here. In high school we used to come here to hang out and eat pizza with friends and then walk to the mall.
I haven’t been here in about ten years, but it looks like they’ve updated the interior. Stopped in to pickup some breadsticks. Was in the area waiting on someone and had time to kill. Needed something to eat but didn’t want to spoil my appetite for dinner in a few hours.
The people who helped me at the counter were friendly enough. The restaurant looked nice and updated, and clean. Breadsticks were only marginal. Seems like they’ve changed the breadsticks and the seasonings — so it’s not as good as I’d remembered.
BUT — it’s a Pizza Hut. If you’re looking for cheap, decent «pizza» — then yeah I’d come here. I’d say this is more along the lines of the pizza kids like. It’s not like a REAL pizza, if you know I mean. But they’ve got good stuff.

Yes, its a Pizza Hut, but, they are extremely friendly and accommodating and friendly.
