shapes Brow Bar

Today was my first visit to Shapes Brow Bar in Spring Hill Mall. My regular lady of 7 yrs is on vacation, so I was a little nervous about going to a new place. I was very happy with the service. She did an excellent job on my brows, lip & chin in only 5 mins. She was polite & prices are reasonable. I’ll definitely come again.

I thought the lady that did my eyebrows did an okay job. It was done fairly quickly (~3 min). I thought the shape came out just fine, she did not do a great job making sure to get all the little hairs. I had to go home and tweeze the rest of the little hairs that were missed, but it was much easier to do once the shape was cleaned up via threading.
The main gripe I have with this place is that they really pressure you into buying their monthly membership. The monthly membership allows you to get your eyebrows threaded as many times as you’d like for a flat rate (which is just a few dollars more than a one time threading). I only get my eyebrows done once every few months so it wasn’t worth it for me to join their monthly membership. Even after I said no, she kept insisting that I get it. I wasn’t comfortable giving her my credit card because I was a little unsure if she was going to go ahead and sign me up for the monthly membership, so I paid cash.
I thought Shapes brow bar was not bad for getting my eyebrows reshaped. I’d probably go back because they’re conveniently located in the middle of the mall. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have a hard time saying no to someone that is trying to hard sell you something you don’t need.

After seeing the area where they thread your brows there was no way I was staying there and paying to sit in the middle of this (and I use this word loosely) «mall» where everyone can stare at you, not really hygienic. I ran.

Horrible. The person who threaded my brows gave me multiple cuts abc one brow is bigger than the other. Awful experience.
