We visit Seven Lakes often for weekends, and came upon this establishment last month. We tend to make it a habit of dining in local mom & pop type places when we are out and about. We had pork tamales, chile relleno, and enchiladas. The portions were generous, with plenty of left overs remaining. Booths and ambiance was laid back and comfortable, service was great.
For folks wanting to catch the game-​there is a tv at the bar.
The strip center that it is located in needs to be updated and jazzed up-​and likely will be in time. Don’t pass up this yummy place!

Absolutely fabulous! Everything was fresh, and tasted fabulous. Good options for kids and HUGE menu for adults. Generous with adult drinks and the enchiladas ranchera were phenomenal. Great service as we’ll.

Just your run of the mill Mexican restaurant. Not good, not bad. Staff is nice, service is quick. I recommend Café Garcia if you’re just needing a quick Mexican fix.

I came here for take-​out. While I waited, I had a margarita, which was awesome. When I got my food, I took it to my house which is less than ½ a mile away and the food was cold, soggy, and tasteless; for that reason I may go back for drinks, but not for the food.

Fast service, small restaurant atmosphere, pollo rancheros were tasty and plenty to eat for a meal at lunch. The sanitation rating was 94.5. That is at the lower limit of restaurants that I visit. R.

Ok I was told not to eat here by the locals, but I like to formulate my own opinion. The service was not there. waitstaff all two of them were standing around. Bar cluttered with waitstaff mess. T. V not working CLEAR lack of management prescence. The food was just ok. The sweet tea was undrinkable (way too sweet). Just an unpleasant experience all around. I really wanted this place to be great because its so close to home.

Tried the fajita trio (shrimp, steak and chicken) for two. It was huge. Flavors were great. Steak was tender.
