The Reserve at Manada Hill

Awesome apartment community. Really great service and updated finishes. I am glad we picked this spot. Its really close to Hershey park and other eateries. They have granite countertops and really luxe finishes. The pool is great with an overlook and sun bathe deck. My utility bills are cheap too. I highly recommend this place.

Whats better than a new car smell? A new home smell. Brand spankin’ new apartment homes that are actually cheaper, with luxurious finishes and a professional, honest staff that helped me make an informed decision.
The apartment had granite counter tops and an under-​mount sink. The kitchen had an island in it which was GREAT! Lots of cabinets and it was really big. I still cant get over that new house smell though. The pool had a rocking chair porch is on a ledge that over looks the area and has a really tranquil view.
The manager opened the door for me, offered me a hot drink. I said no, but she insisted she make one I carry it with me since I didn’t have gloves and it was cold. That was very thoughtful!
Since I was looking for my in laws, I was concerned about commute times and she pulled up a real time commute webpage and explained that I needed to log onto it during rush hour to accurately see traffic in real time. WOW. This girl had a solution to everything!
It was close to The Mill, with easy access to Hershey Park, Tanger outlets and Troegs which will make my in laws super excited!
Needless to say, we pre-​leased!
