A-List Apartments

I had the worst experience with A-​List apartments.
Grant Corbit and associate (J. Williams) does not care about the customers/​Renters. They only care about the commission they make from renting a unit.
I thought it was a dream come true when Grant Corbit’s associate, J. Williams assisted me with finding an apartment that was within my budget, that INCLUDED paid utilities.
Fast forward to 3 months later, I had to leave the apartment and ended up having to break the lease.
Lousy neighbors can be tolerated… even the constant no heat, no hot water can be expected or tolerated (for $ 700? its to be expected
BUT i draw the line when drug dealers constantly smoke Marijuana in the building… and when bed bugs started to crawl inside my unit, I decided it was time for a move…
Management? HOUSING CONSULTANT is a joke! LOL. they knew of the problem (S) … but they dont care! Luckily, they did not even waste my time with even PRETENDING to care…
Grant Corbit and his associate ALSO knows of the nightmare apartment i had to vacate. I made aure that I gave his associate ample details into the nightmare listing that they rented to me… Does Grant care? I sincerly doubt it since he continues to show and list bed bug infested units on his site.

2.) Service:
Grant Corbit use to be a realtor for houses, but felt he had a calling for helping people find apartments. Maybe your final offer is $ 700 a month with heat and hot water included. But, you want to live in a nice area. Grant will help you find that happy medium. When I first got out of college, Grant was able to get me into a $ 800/​mth. apartment with Heat and Hot Water included. And guess where it was at?
Near Crate & Barrel. A walk away from Blue Back Square!!! I paid $ 800 a month, HEAT & HOT WATER near Blue Back Square! How awesome is that! He still continues to find people I recommend to him cheap places in nice areas!
3.) Extra Info:
I believe they charge you a realtor fee. When I first got that apartment near Blue Back Square they charged $ 400 I think for a one time realtor’s fee.
4.) Impressions:
You need an apartment? They’ll get you one, a nice one, quick, fast and in a hurry!
