In the mood for a nice salad, sandwich or flat crust pizza? Cosi is your spot. It’s along the lines of chipotle or panera but I’d say it’s more like panera bread’s older more sophisticated sister. There are always samples of their delicious flat bread which I always say I’m going to have just one of but that never quite works out. There are usually lots of customers so while you’ll likely have to wait 10 minutes or so for your food you have that delicious flat bread to keep you company. I only wish that you could create your own salad because sometimes I’m in the mood for a combination that’s not on the menu. All in all a good experience. We’ll definitely be back.

I was on break from work and I ran over to Cosi to grab a quick sandwich. I waited in line and realized i left my wallet back at work. I told the manager I’d be right back with my card but she refused to let me leave and paid for my sandwich. I wish I caught her name, but honestly it made my day. It was great service and I really appreciated it in the middle of a long work day. Thanks Cosi!

I have received nothing but the best from COSI! Whenever I am in West Hartford, I make sure to stop at Cosi to get lunch. In my opinion, Cosi is an upscale panera bread. They make their own bread fresh and have a bowl of samples that you can try out while waiting! I always get the chicken TBM cold, which is basil, fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. It is SO delicious. I also get a caesar salad and that is delicious as well. Lunch comes with a side of chips. The food comes out relatively fast, so it is a perfect place to stop in for a quick and healthy lunch! Overall, the service was fast and friendly and my food was delicious. …I have also been dying to try their smores kit

If you like to eat while people clean the floors next to you with chemicals then this is the place for you. Also had to wait at the register quite some time until someone made an attempt to take our order.

Just fabulous. First of all I want to try almost every single thing they have on their menu. Since this was my first time here for dinner(I have had coffee and s ‘mores here before. many moons ago) I decided to stick with something I knew I would like. I started with the TBM melt. basil fresh mozzarella and tomatoes… SOOOOOO good! Then I had their signature salad… a very generous amount with grapes, pears, pistachios and gorgonzola! YEAH! Simply delicious. I need to come back to try more items!

What happened to this place? Used to be decent but is now run down and just plain awful. The sandwich I had the other day wasn’t even edible. The first three things I ordered they were out of. I don’t thing they will last much longer.

This place is disgusting. I just moved here from NYC and have been to plenty of cosi locations. I never had any strong feelings for or against them. This place is just plain gross. I have been twice. The salads are soggy messes of romaine lettuce. The soup was flavorless. I know the bar is much lower here for what qualifies as good but this place is an over priced joke.

I don’t understand everyone’s passion for their bread. It’s nothing more than a stale, over salted cracker. It scrapes the top of my mouth every time. I went yesterday because I had a gift card and knowing I don’t like their bread I ordered a salad instead. It was… okay. I requested it without scallions, that request was ignored. They asked if I wanted chips or carrots, I chose chips, that request was ignored. I added a chocolate chunk brownie and it was, get this, both stale and raw! Yes, dry and crusty on the outside and pure uncooked dough on the inside. That takes talent, my friend! The ONLY good thing that came from my visit is that I thankfully didn’t spend my own hard earned money on it.

Overpriced, flavorless marginal quality food. So many better choices in close proximity. They have really gone down hill over the years.

IT’s all about the flatbread! I could eat a boot if it was sandwiched into Cosi’s flatbread. Superstars: Caeser Salad(dip the bread in the dressing, and die happy), tomato mozzarella pesto flatbread, veggie and hummus and flatbread

Living in WeHa, I’ve probably passed Cosi dozens of times. I’ve never really had a desire to go in an try it, as there are plenty of other options at the Center/Blue Back. My friend and I just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat, and we landed on this place. I was pleasantly surprised at how large this Cosi was(not that I really have anything to compare it to, as this was the only Cosi I’ve been in. The set up was a little odd– when you walk in there is a small amount of seating in the front, register area and then a large seating area in the back. The menu is similar to Panera – flatbread, sandwiches, salads, soups, melts, etc. It’s a good place for a quick place to eat in the center, as most of the places are sit-down restaurants. You order at the counter, get a number, and the food will be delivered to you. You can pick either carrots or kettle cooked chips as the side. Overall, I had a good experience for my first visit to Cosi. The service was great and the staff was friendly. My food tasted good and I was satisfied with my meal, for the price that I paid.

Always a favorite of mine. Great sandwiches which blend different flavors really well. Good bang for your buck!

I actually really like this Cosi, every time I have gone, I have a great experience. I typically order the same thing — buffalo Bleu on their flatbread. It’s spicy and cold with a little bit of lettuce. The first time I ordered it, I didn’t expect the chicken to be cold. But I love it! I usually skip the chips and choose carrots for a side. Other times I have ordered salads but I keep going back to the buffalo Bleu. It’s my favorite! I like the set up there, and the staff is always good at getting the food out quickly. Cosi’s is a great spot for a quick lunch or casual dinner!

My girlfriend and I are frequent flyers to this establishment. 9 times out of 10 our orders are wrong. This restaurant is great if you don’t deviate from the menu items. This last visit did it for us. We no longer will be coming to the West Hartford branch because of the rude and unprofessional service we received from the cashier after getting our order wrong over 6 times! Luckily there is new management and she addressed the issue right away. Hopefully things change around here! Stricter hiring standards all around!

Cosi is one of my daily stops. Always get a great latte in the morning. The staff is really helpful and nice. I enjoy walking in and being greeted by everyone as you walk to the register. The tomato basil soup is to die for its so good. I love that they have online ordering so I can just run in and grab my food during my lunch break. Two thumbs up !

Tried this place tonight with some friends for one reason– table side s’mores! That is the only reason I am giving this place 3 star instead of 2. The menu consists of sandwiches, salads, flatbreads and melts. I got the adobe chicken with avocado bowl. It didn’t match the picture at all! Very sloppy presentation. First instead of chunks of avocado it had a scoop of avocado. Next in the picture it had black beans and corn. Mine didn’t have either. Instead it had squash which was suppose to be roasted but was very mushy. The actual adobe chicken had a nice flavor. Would not get this again! Very disappointing! It was served with a yummy multigrain flatbread though. Like I said the reason we came was for the s’mores and while it was a tad pricey($ 8 for 8 marshmallows, 4 sheets of graham crackers and one chocolate bar) it was as good as expected! With lots of other better choices in the area not sure if I would come here again.

Haven’t been here in years! Just walked in today looking for an option outside of the typical chipotle and high end restaurants in this area. Glad to have goun it just as pleasant as it was years ago. Atmosphere: «Cosi» get it? Price: Fairly the same as you’d expect. I got a rice bowl and a beverage for just under $ 12 Food: the portions are a little smaller than I expected, but the amount of varieties of items and spices make up for it. I got the Adobo chicken with avocado rice bowl and the raspberry mojito lemonade. Id give this meal a 7. Would I come back? Yes, for a nice and decent meal in a «cosi» atmosphere. Ps. They have comfy seats to lay back in!

I usually love Cosi’s for a sandwich or a salad but my past two experiences are starting to make me question my loyalty… They both involved take out orders in which I tried to make simple addition to my sandwich(aka add lettuce to the turkey and brie sandwich), yet in both cases, I got home and they either didn’t do it or got it completely wrong. Very frustrating… Here’s to hoping they will do better in the future!

Ever feel like having a nice healthy salad with salmon for lunch while you’re in West Hartford Center? Well, at Cosi that will run you over $ 13 and make sure to double check it if you’re getting it to go. Why, you ask. If your service is anything like mine today your salad may well be missing the Salmon. Yep, the SALMON. That was over $ 13 for a regular old, nothing special salad. This is not my only Cosi experience, The food is consistently middling but working in WeHa center it’s easy and quick so I forget sometimes and go back. But never again. If you are thinking of Cosi, think again and walk across the street to Grant’s. The price is not much different but the quality and attention to detail is not even comparable.

This is the first place I have ever ordered a sandwich with no alterations. Their TBM(Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella) is hands down my favorite sandwich. I get it on their white flatbread, and it is always consistently delicious. They have lots of veggie options, and I can’t wait to try their new Stuffed Portobello Bowl!
