Although the arrangements are beautiful and delicious, they are WAYWAYWAY to expensive. I got a small box of assorted fruits(12 pieces) dipped in chocolate for my sisters birthday. With delivery(which I must add was only 2 blocks away) and it cost me $ 70. Really??? For 12 pieces of fruit? Never again. I could’ve taken her out for a lobster dinner for that price.

I immediately thought of edible arrangments as a gift for one of my close friends who was celebrating her one-year wedding anniversary. She is one of those unbelievably health-conscience people who counts EVERYSINGLE calorie! and is always very careful about what she puts into her body. If only I had that same level of discipline and commitment as her. Instead of a fruit bouquet I’d settle for a triple layer fudge cake! Anyways I thought this would be the perfect gift for her and it turns out I was more then right! She(and hubby) but mostly her really enjoyed the fruit basket. I settled on the«get well» strawberry bouquet for her. Berries of any kind seem to be one of the main staples in her diets and what she snacks on instead of candy, chips etc. The delivery process happened just as the customer service representative at the store assured me it would when I placed my order. Even though they guarantee same-day delivery on their website I decided to play it safe by ordering the day before the delivery. The whole process was easy without any hassle from start to finish and the service was courteous. The only reason for the four stars rating is their prices!! However ‘edible’ their arrangements are, they are certainly not cheap! Just for the relatively small fruit basket which I ordered the cost was more then $ 40.00 including sales tax! The fruit was apparently fresh and picked when just ripe, so I guess in the end it was worth it.

5 stars for Edible Arrangements!!! My Aunt was turning, um, 29 — again — and I wanted to send something nice, but something that no one else would be sending to her on her birthday. Knowing that her friends were taking her out to lunch, and that she would probably be getting all sorts of flowers, I thought«aha… EDIBLEFLOWERS!». Easy to order on the website — I had, literally, dozens of options to choose from — and she LOVEDIT.
