Let me start by saying that I can only speak to the dance programs. I have taken adult ballet classes and pilates classes here and been very happy. The beginner ballet class for adults is very non-​threatening, so if you are thinking that you might like to try it, just go. You don’t have to where a leotard and tights. Form-​fitting clothes are okay for the adult classes; however, I would recommend picking up a pair of ballet shoes (you can find a pair cheap online or at a dance store).
They also have good ballet instruction for children, on both the casual and intensive level. My daughter has taken the casual ballet classes and enjoys it.
