Highland Window Company replaced all windows in my parent’s house.
I had a nice experience with their staff and everyone at Highland
UNTIL the install was completed. I have left several voice messages in the last SEVEN months trying to resolve a lingering issue. I have never received a call back.
Simply put, if I would have know how terrible their after sale customer service is I would have never even consider them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Staying at a friends… He had his windows replaced by Highland Window Company… installers were Hilton and Neil… they did a wonderful job installing the windows and the cleaning… would highly recommend this company.
