My husband and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Lisa Barall-​Matt.

Lisa really did help us as buyers more than the average agent. Numerous times I told my family and friends how she helped us throughout the process from finding houses to make an offer on, drafting up the offer, having the inspection done, and negotiations with the seller and everyone was impressed with the work she did. As a first time buyer I was skeptical that there could be a real estate agent who would help us so much, but Lisa really stands out as an exceptional agent who works to make everyone happy.
She is busy (because she is so good!) but you never feel like she has another client because her work is so good, thorough, and helpful. She has great suggestions but never pressures you in any way.

I’m a first time home buyer who worked with Lisa for over a year trying to find the right home. We looked at 12 to 15 homes before we found the right one for me. Lisa endured my many questions/​concerns via text/​email in a very timely fashion. Lisa seemed to be quite an inspector when we looked at homes and would find potential issues, repairs that would be costly and why a home may be an easy or difficult resale in the future. Three years later, in 2010, we were ready to move into a more permanent home and we decided to build. Lisa was present (by our request) during our builder meetings and throughout the build process. We love our home. We have lived here for 5 years now and we continue to receive thoughtful correspondence from Lisa throughout the year. We’ll receive a calendar at the beginning of each new year and a card during special dates during the year.
Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and talented.
