Pak Mail

I had very important documents to send, and specifically asked for them to be shipped via UPS so they could be tracked all the way to Australia. I paid my $ 50, and then found out the next day when I tried to track the package that Pak Mail had sent it via USPS, because my tracking number was not working on the UPS site. If I’d wanted that, I could’ve easily gone to any of the 3 post offices in the area and paid far less than what I did!
I called them to ask them for an explanation, and I got the same mumbling person who served me when I was in the store. He told me that he’d informed me it wasn’t going to be shipped via UPS. Nonsense. I informed him that had he told me such a thing, I’d have taken my documents and walked right out the door. He repeated himself a couple more times, and was of absolutely no help.
Oh, the icing on the cake… I was told my documents were shipped Priority, and would arrive in less than a week. They took a little over 2 weeks, and I could not track them once they’d left the States, so there was 2 weeks of panicking on my end.
If I could give this store less than 1 star, I would. Revolting service, and a total rip-​off. As I informed the mumbling buffoon, I will never step foot in that store again. I suggest anyone thinking of going there just skip this place and go to a UPS or FedEx store nearby.
