Listen, the location sucks but DONT LET THAT FOOL YOU!!! I’ve tried several spots in the area and they have the best whole pizza at a decent price. If you want a slice go to Angelina’s. But if you want a pie with tons of toppings go here!!!

Surprisingly good pizza, given the modest location. The restaurant itself is pretty generic and almost always empty, so their business must be almost entirely delivery. Which makes sense, given that they deliver at late hours, in a wide range, and have always been on time.
If you’re a pizza snob or expecting a gourmet pie, you should stick to the nearby pizzerias in West Hartford. If you just want good, filling pizza at a good price, though, you can’t beat Prospect. The sauce, cheese, and crust are all quite good, and their chicken and/​or olive pies are excellent. They also use quality hot peppers, which make their chicken pizza extra good.
Friends have enjoyed some of their other dishes (including salads and some fried entrees) but I can’t vouch for them personally.
It’s easily the best delivery pie in the area, so if you don’t feel like getting into your car, you can’t do much better.

I found a black hair on my manicotti, but they were nice enough to give me a refund.

I love the gyros and the calzones. Their eggplant dishes are worth a try as well. The pizza and the subs are average, not bad, not great.
I only get delivery, this isn’t a place, in my mind, worth visiting on site, it’s more of a place to order from if I’m too lazy to go out anywhere, it happens a lot in the winter. they are pretty quick, though there’s one heavyset delivery driver with long hair, who always appears sweaty, doesn’t greet me, then waddles back to his car in a huff. What can ya do, these days, good customer service is hard to come by. The Hispanic delivery driver is cool, though, nice guy.
Also the prices are fair.

Well I haven’t been here in about year; but, what I can tell you from the frequent trips I used to make to Prospect is for people that are not Italian making the pizza, it is not half bad. The cheese pizza is great, especially with Parmesan sprinkled and top with red pepper flakes. It is mmm-​mmmm good!

Your typical local pizza place feel on the inside. I have been in to get food to go about 15 times, but have never once seen anyone eating in. I don’t know if its just been my timing or they have bad service, but its just how it is.
The food is some of the best pizza I have had around. Additionally they use really good fried chicken as their topping if you get that. Most places use grilled, but the fried is a nice additional touch!
