I have been a patient of Dr Santiago for many years, and am grateful for her practice. I avoided the dentist for many years, and Dr Santiago was recommended by the dental association. She has always cared about me and my dental health, and her staff has always treated me with respect. Her skill and attention to my dental health is extremely appreciated.
I would recommend Dr Santiago without reservation.

Kind and accommodating staff. Dr. Santiago herself is gentle and explains everything. She even sends you personal emails and calls you after procedures to make sure you are doing okay. Would recommend this dentist to anyone with dental anxiety (like myself), since they do everything they can to make you comfortable.

First Impression:
Wow what a great dentist! They put a lot of effort into making the patient happy, comfortable, satisfied. Dr Santiago appears to be very smart and takes the time to talk to you about how to care for your teeth, treatment options, etc.
Final Impression:
Deceptive money suckers. It’s a business and that’s all they care about… taking your money. How else could they afford the beautiful offices, English garden like waiting room, hundreds of beautiful books, high tech cameras, etc.
They were dishonest with me, they told me they accepted Metlife Insurance… after I got the bills… I realized I should have checked with my insurance co. first… my bad…
I realize that was mostly my mistake, still annoying though. Also, the next dentist I went to told me they didn’t see all the cavities Dr Santiago saw, only 1 small one. There were a few other expensive things Dr Santiago basically told me i needed, when actually i don’t. She is great though, if you have lots of money to blow.
