Incredible workouts that always push you farther than you thought you could go, dedicated, knowledgeable instructors, and the convenient location along with a great group of members makes the Fitness Continuum a great find. The cycling/​peloton classes get you road ready.

I like to tell people FC is the hub of the universe. Certainly that is true as regards fitness. To be always physically challenged in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere is pretty rare. FC is not «just a gym», it’s a place where health, sport and overall fitness are combined by top trainers to the great benefit of their clientele.

This training facility is for people that want
consistently professional and challenging
training. I find the cycling or peloton classes (NOT SPINNING) are the best way for cyclists to train for outdoor riding.
The staff is personally invested in their clients and although it is small it makes a big impact.
If you are currently an outdoor rider or want to prepare yourself to become an outdoor rider I strongly recommend this!!!
