Excellent service and their products are so good for you hair. The girls are all sweet and really listen. Naomi did my hair and she was awsome! took her time and was gentle. And the blow dry was beautiful!

This is actually my very first review. I thought about it all weekend and figured if I can save 1 girl from making MY MISTAKE. I say mine, because it was ultimately, my fault I guess. My stylist was very friendly, Michelle. She spent a good amount of time on my hair (about 3 hours) my hair is was light brown, with red highlights. We are getting into the nice weather, so I was ready for my deep rich blonde highlights. Well, let’s just say my hair is a shade lighter (lightest brown) and the blonde highlights, well They were just not left in long enough, and I feel it was because my stylist was triple booked. I’ve had blonde highlights several times, so I know my hair takes to the color, I know blonde us a process, and to get my desired results I would have to come back in about a month, and have them lighten it more .so I know for a fact it was because they just were not left in long enough. Now I hate bringing up single mom bla bla bla crap, but I am. I don’t get out to the salon often, as my full time employment funds are pretty tied up to rent, and all the other things we need. But every spring, I put away a little money to spring my hair out of its misery. Now had I only spent 100, 150 bucks, and did not like my results, I’d eat it up, and would not be writing this. I paid 260.00. (120 highlight (that were not there) and u know, the color UNDER the highlights, trim, wash, and blowdry. Michelle had another client, it was prom week, everyone was busy. I walked out in tears. I wish I went back and asked why. But like slit of people in my position, I put my head down, told her I liked it, and walked away. Word of advice … Michelle told me it was going to be 120 plus a few extras. But really? For this? I feel like I was robbed. What upsets me the most was how she thought my hair was actually worth being charged close to 300 bucks? My conscious would never deem that acceptable. The least I would have done was have my costumer come back. I feel obliged to write this, especially since I only left a 25.00 tip, which if my hair was the color I wanted, 50.00 easy. Which brought my trip to Top Level to 285.

Today was my first visit at Top Level Salon and I was very impressed with my entire experience from start to finish. Yolee was AMAZING! She was extremely detailed, attentive and super nice. She colored and cut my hair and did a fantastic job. I asked to go from faded out honey highlights to a rich chocolate brown with just a tiny trim and that’s exactly what I got. The salon has a warm and inviting vibe with just enough flair. The prices are very reasonable too. I will definitely be coming back-​thanks again Yolee!

I had a great experience with the stylists at Top Level Salon when I was a bridesmaid in a wedding in May. They came to Water’s Edge and did hair and makeup including lashes. Everyone looked amazing and they were great at listening to what we wanted and executing it perfectly. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in the area!

Top Level Salon is the BEST. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. I always leave out of the salon a happy woman thanks to Elise. She is very savvy about how to make you look your absolute best. She doesn’t need much guidance, just trust her. :)

Elise did a beautiful job with my hair and makeup for my wedding and she also colors my hair. She is amazing!

I was recommended to Elise by a customer of mine that I complimented. I thought why not. I made an appt. I immediately felt comfortable. Everyone was friendly and I was offered tea or coffee. I told her some of my issues with my hair. She was really receptive and offered several very well thought out suggestions. I loved my new color and highlights and especially the cut. I can never seem to get one person to do both well. The price was fair and reasonable. I have been back many times. I love that each time I leave it is a slightly different look but what I had asked for along with her creative genius. I have sent several people to her and they were thrilled. I decided to write a positive review because I was really grateful for her hard work and professionalism. Her integrity is clear. I have yet to be so comfortable at any other hair facility I have been in. That for me speaks volumes.
