Walk N Run

For the record, we’re not really «city» people but we’re not exactly banjo-​picking, tobacco-​chew-​spitting, piece-​of-​straw-​hanging-​out-​of-​our-​mouths-​hicks either. But when we walked in the rap music was up pretty loud which I don’t really understand for a store that sells sneakers & athletic clothing but, like I said, we’re not really «city» people.
The woman behind the counter acknowledged us when we walked in but didn’t ask us if we needed help (which was fine, I was looking for a specific style/​type of sneaker & they didn’t have it, & that was all I was looking for). Left empty-​handed — kind of shocked that for as many sneakers as they had they didn’t have the type I wanted (with laces that cinch up, not tie) but maybe they just don’t sell well in the area. They did have a nice variety of regular sneakers though, & if I was in the market for a standard pair I am sure I would have found them here, although I don’t think they know how to fit them properly, so I probably wouldn’t have picked up running or athletic sneakers here.
