The only thing coming to this BK is for the drive through. And that’s if the machine isn’t broke lol. Fast food and polite staff. Inside is just a mess, with either food on the floor or the entire place is sticky from the soda machines. Just use the drive through, do not go in lol.

Okay, so I tried it again now that it’s renovated and quite nice inside. In fact I tried it three times. Twice it was fine, no problems. I was thinking, hurrah! we can come here again. I will have to get on Unilocal and give these guys a revised status of several stars. Then I went today. 1.) I went in past the bicycle of a homeless person, weighted down with numerous plastic bags. I don’t begrudge the man his burger fix, but the bike next to the door with its numerous bags is a bit off-putting. There is nowhere else for him to put the bike, however(or for that matter, the numerous bike riding youth who may patronize the place). 2.) after entering and ordering, I was approached by a panhandler who wanted a buck for«a cup of coffee at the shelter»(wow, what shelters are gouging on coffee prices?) He was polite but this too was off-putting.(Note: he was NOT the owner of the bicycle). The staff knew he was there — he asked them for a cup — \ and he sauntered out and continued talking to people outside. I gave him a buck and would have been glad to have bought him a sandwich but still, OFF– PUTTING. People don’t want to be approached by panhandlers when going in for a cheap lunch. 3.) I ordered a hamburger kids’ meal with soda, rodeo burger and chocolate sundae. When I went to pick up the order they’d given me chocolate sundae pie and they seemed confused and resentful when I said I wanted a chocolate sundae. Then the girl asked if I wanted«extra syrup» on \the sundae and I asked why. Turns out the pie was fifty cents more than the sundae and this was their way of evening it out. I said, «I don’t think fifty cents’ worth of syrup is going to cut it», so she gave me a sundae and… that was it. I wondered for a while if the sundae was bigger, but I don’t think so(I’ve never gotten a sundae there so am going by the fact it fit the sundae cup). At any rate I wanted my 50 cents and tax back and a regular sundae. I couldn’t believe they thought«extra syrup» was worth 50 cents — come on, who doesn’t offer the customer the money back?
4.) I then found out my rodeo burger was a rodeo chicken sandwich. By then I knew I was going to be contacting Burger King, so I didn’t bother to bother the staff again, who seemed mighty disgruntled by the sundae incident. 5,) While I was there a little old lady came in. She was standing where you order waiting. Then a buff young dude came up and stood NOT where you order and the girl went right up to him to take his order. I only noticed because the little old lady, bless her heart, brooked no quarter and an nounced, «I was here before he was and I thought this is where you stand to order!» So the girl waited on her, but not before sharing a «stupid old lady» look with Buff Guy. There was a «survey» number on my receipt but no mention of any survey. I just typed in «Burger King survey» and punched in the number. Then I called a number they had and spoke to a lovely woman who said she was forwarding a report to Corporate and would have the manager contact me. We’ll see. I really would like this place to be an asset to our community and was so very disappointed in today. Obviously the management is still sorely lacking. Until they resolve these issues I would stay far away from this place.

So, I went here last night and the girl at the register couldn’t get my order straight to save her life. I was only ordering 3 sandwiches, a fry and one coke. Hmmm… maybe that’s why she is working where she is. Can’t follow simple directions and she had a tude about it too. I think from now on IF I have a craving for anything from Burger King I’ll go to another one. I also noticed that this one isn’t very clean, very«ghetto»!!

My friend and I called to check the hours at this fine establishment. On the phone they informed us that the drive through was open 24 hours a day. Upon arriving the drive through was closed. My friend and I waited about 15 minutes until it appeared they had reopened. At that point we approached the ordering receiver. We sat there for about 5 minutes before someone on the other end said: «N****, we closed!» We left after that.

Haven’t been at a burger king in quite some time especially this one in years. However I was in the neighborhood late with my other half and she wanted to try the ¼ lb Double Cheeseburger. I was debating if I was going to regret this but I went for it. I was impressed. For $ 1.00 it blows away McDonalds and Wendy’s Double Burgers. Also got small fries and they were super hot and crispy. Boy was I surprised by this visit. I also used the drive thru. Granted I was the only person in the drive-thru but the service was good they got the order right and everything was fresh.
