I gave 1 star because you have to choose at least that to review. I’ve visited this store twice before today and both times were a dissapointment. Today was the final straw. After waiting 30 minutes on line, my toddler announces that she needs a restroom. It took 3 representatives to find out if she could use theirs. Then the bomb, she was denied use. SERIOUSLY?! So you’re forced to stand on line and then you can’t use the facilities. Would they rather she went on thier floor? I’ll never go back. I’d rather drive to Pearl River where they actually value the customers.
