I had two amazing experiences with A & V. The first one, my kids suddenly saw a gang of bees in my living room, at least 10. We freaked out and dashed out of our apartment. I was referred to A & v by my brother. I called him and he was there in less than 30 minutes. He went in there like a champ, got rid of them, and we never saw them again. The second experience: we had a rat problem, I’m talking giant rats. This time we knew who to call immediately. Again, like a champ, he went in there and did what he had to do. No rats anymore. the nice thing was that he called a couple of times to check in to see if everything was ok.

The spring came and we started to get some uninvited guest in our ground floor office. We called 5 exterminators… only 3 showed up to give estimates. We decided on A & V because of the owners professionalism and reasonable price. Its 4 months later and everyone in the office is thankful that we used them. We have not seen any unwanted pest since the treatment. The company has called to check on the situation… which makes me believe that they are truly concerned about keeping customers happy.
