I have 4 tattoos. The one I got here (because I lived a few blocks away and it was a spur-​of-​the-​moment thing) was the least enjoyable experience out of the 4. This was my 2^nd tattoo, and so I was still kind of a newbie and a bit nervous, especially since I decided to go alone (stupid plan). Instead of calmly and politely asking me to be more still, the artist actually began yelling at me, as if that was going to help me relax. Guess what — it didn’t. They still get 2 stars b/​c the tattoo itself turned out nicely and the color has lasted very well. But there’s just no excuse for such poor customer service — if you aren’t a big bad tattooed biker, this is probably not the place for you, b/​c that seems to be the clientele they prefer.
