If I could give this negative stars I would.
Lunch order was wrong and the sushi had an awful fishy taste.
Called to let the manager know and didn’t even get an apology.
She just sat there and was silent.
Awful food buyer beware.

This is the only spot that makes sushi and cooked food so superb. I love their dragon rolls and miso soup. My boyfriend loves it too. Def a great place to eat at or pick up food or get it delivered.

My favorite sushi place around. The place is clean and May is great. She remembers my favorite rolls and sake. Makes my ordering super quick and easy. I have ordered take out as well. May knows my childrens faves.

The sushi was great. It was nice and fresh. This is a real hole in the wall place so to speak. You wouldn’t expect such great food and service in a location like Hempstead. Nonetheless, the servers were very attentive and on point. I’d stay away from the soft shell tempura appetizer. It wasn’t too appetizing but that was about it. It’s a little small inside but there were a few other guests dining there as well.

The sushi is always fresh. I have never been disappointed with anything that I order from here. My kids love the fried ice cream. Staff is nice and friendly makes appreciate how small and intimate it is.

I love their sushi! I’ve ordered take out about 20 times and they never disappoint. The place is clean and the staff has always been friendly. I call ahead of time and simply say «I’ll have what I ordered last time». The response is always a small chuckle and «okay». Much easier than going through roll by roll. The place is small and quiet.

I really like the sushi here. Great value for the $. Always fresh and excellent customer service.

Ok, so hempstead really isn’t a great place. but the sushi these guys make is delicious! I am truly a sushi FEEN. & i been ordering regularly which means this place is pretty damn good. Give it a try for your self!!!

Called to order delivery, they could not «find» my address, so to be nice I offered to pick it up Bc I don’t live too far. I took a lil long so, when I got there i asked her if it had been sitting out long she said no. All that just to come home to a cold plate of food, that I spent $ 25 for, that I no longer want.

I absolutely love this spot. My favorite sushi restaurant ever, and i been eating sushi for at least 15 years. Everything i ever ate there tasted amazing and fresh always, even if it was new to me. Their customer service is wonderful especially Mei, and the owner’s Wife. I love how Tony run his business, he have even personal deliver my food, on very snowy and rainy days. Ill tell you that they are all beautiful people. There have even been times because of my loyalty of always going there, they gave me complimentary appetizers, so sweet of them. I love their fresh scallops on the shell, the soft shell crab, dragon roll. Salmon teriyaki, spicy yellow tail roll, sushi sandwich, and the Eel is Always fresh. Love the Unagi Don my favorite, i love how it’s the whole steak and not sashimi pieces, to me it makes a difference. Even if you want to alter a dish a bit they would do it for you. They really know how to make a customer satisfy. It’s a must go to spot. I would definitely always go back. I have absolutely no cons for this place.

Amazing customer service and fabulous tasting food.
No matter what I pick on the menu I absolutely enjoy. The desserts are also very light yet satisfying. I am a frequent customer at Sushi Palace because I absolutely love the dependability and consistency of knowing I’m always going to get a great meal.
Try it — you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Loved the Nabeyaki Udon which is noodles with chicken, pork, vegetables, egg and with shrimp tempura on top in a cast Iron bowl. It was hot, delicious and filling. I haven’t tried their sushi but my friend had a regular yellowtail roll with a avocado salad which she said it was just okay.

Some of the best sushi I’ve had in a while. Had three specialty rolls, some sushi, sashimi and a tuna tartar. Fish was fresh and the sushi pieces we ordered were crisp and clean. Solid solid place. Can’t wait to go back.

This is the best Sushi I’ve had in my life PERIOD! I usually have the Hamachi roll with jalapeños and cilantro. Its delicious and refreshing.
If you really want to know if a place has good sushi you go for the Chirashi Bowl. The Bowl at this place is AMAZING words can’t describe the food here. Come in and try this place.

Ordered delivery and everything was perfect!

Came here for dinner on a Wednesday evening. Quaint spot with a few tables, a couple friendly servers, and straight-​forward menu.
Between two people: Dragon Roll ($ 13), Rainbow Roll ($ 11), and Salmon Avocado Roll ($ 4.50). Dragon roll is served warm with wonderful dressing slathered all over. The rainbow and salmon avocado rolls were nothing to write home about — standard sushi fare.
An okay spot in an area where sushi places are few and far between. Service can be a bit slow, so don’t expect a quick in and out.

I don’t know what the restaurant itself look like because I had my food delivered.
I had the dragon specialty roll and teriyaki chicken with the house salad. It was fresh, well prepared, and delicious. My favorite was the dragon roll. soo goood!!! The delivery time was a bit much for my liking but they were so nice about it and communicated very well.
I will be eating here again for sure!

I love this little gem of a place. The food is awesome and close. I’m still upset that it took me so long to try it out.
