Total Security

From beginning to end, my experience was absolutely top shelf. Initially we stopped at the shop for basic information. Matt was patient and informative. We set up an appointment for a week later. Matt texted to give us a «heads up» that he was on time. His arrival was punctual and we signed a contract that day. As promised within 2 weeks John called and scheduled the installation of 5 cameras with hd dvr. On the installation day Angel and Wilberg arrived on time and finished earlier than I anticipated.
Because of my home’s exterior I knew it might be hard to conceal each camera’s wires. The job was the neatest I’ve ever encountered. How they did it I don’t know but not even one inch of wiring is visible. In addition all debris was packed in their truck and taken away. They set up my ipad for viewing but had trouble with my laptop. One call to Gregory at the office and all my technical questions were answered. Your calls are answered quickly and directed immediately to resolve any issues. We purchased these cameras because we spend more time away than we have in the past. We live in a safe neighborhood without security problems but, amazingly, within 2 weeks of having this system we caught 2 incidents on dvr. The 1^st was a trespasser and the 2^nd was a thief who stole some firewood. As far as I’m concerned total security is as represented and should be your choice if considering an installation of this type.

What a great company this is! Friendly and professional sales people. Installation was very pleasant and neatly done. I highly recommend this company. Our home surveillance system is awesome!

I am extremely happy with the service and the team from Total Security. Matt and his crew are very honest and respectful. They did exactly what they said they would do. My son and I, watched as these gentlemen worked on our house step by step. They did an excellent job installing my new security camera system and the video intercom. I was fortunate to have (Alex, Joe, Yarek, Eric and Ivan) working in my house. I am amazed on how they did such a neat and stellar job. Only, they can show you! ! I will definitely recommend Total Security to any one. Thanks again guys for a job well done.
