How is it possible for them to always make the same mistake. I always ask for only cheese and ketchup, and they give me extra pickles and tomatoes and onions. Smh, I even told them I’m allergic to onions, and still they mess the order up.

I hate this Wendy’s slow service and they always manage to screw up the order. Baked potatoes always burn or small and forgot sour cream. The one in route 110 Farmingdale they are great industrial área and they can handle business always the right food super fast they are great I wish west hempstead can learn a little bit from them. Can you Imagine what Dave will think about west hempstead store?

Listen, this is fast food guys. This location is always friendly and the food taste is consistent every visit. Wendy’s food always taste more«real» to me than McDonald’s(which I NEVER eat. Go on, find a check in or review by me) or Burger King. Reading other reviews, people hate this location. I have never had an issue

I used to frequent this location until I bit into my cheesy cheddarburger and got a long black hair stuck in my teeth. It made me so nauseous… i cringe thinking about it… blaggh

By far the worst Wendy’s standing on Gods green earth, I can understand a rush hour where lines are literally out the door, but it’s hard to make sense of it when you have only 1REGISTEROPEN??? every evening I come here it’s the same nonsense. The last time I came here I was literally on line for 25 minutes just waiting for a salad and when I finally felt some relief after receiving it to my surprise I was denied a simple fork, ok I can understand people make mistakes but can someone tell me why they never have forks available in the service stations!!? Why do both containers hold spoons and knives only? Madness just utter madness. If your in a rush for something quick avoid this place unless your ready to sit in line with a tent and sleeping bag… On a good note the food was decent…

The young girl with blond hair who works on tuesday nights is really obnoxious and should be fired. Everytime I stop at this Wendys after free movie night(usually about 10pm) she is lazy, rude, and disrespectful to me and my boyfriend. Also, expect to be standing in line for at least 20 minutes before you get served even when NOBODY is in there.

Despite the initially irking exit-only on one side of the lot, I easily maneuvered my way up to the drive-thru and ordered up my free value-sized fries. The one woman working at the one window was borderline friendly and relatively efficient, making for a surprisingly painless experience. A 4 for a Wendy’s? Si. The fries actually tasted and looked like they were once potatoes, even if they smelled & then tasted as bland and offensive as your usual fast food suspect. Comparatively light on the grease and the salt + quick service = less angering that my car reeked of the(more subdued) deep-fry fragrance for a few hours.

I like Wendy’s like Harold & Kumar dig W/C, but this location is crazy. One long line out the door while the inattentive(read as comatose) staff stare in amazement. Food is standard Wendy’s fare, I assume. There is a Satisfactory’ health certificate on the fairly clean walls, so I went ahead and waited on the long line the three times I was doing business in the area. Oh yeah, give me my receipt so I can expense your food, you lethargic zombies.
