No one I know likes going to eye doctor appointments, but at least its not the dentist! Dr. Elkin and his friendly team make an eye appointment as pleasant as possible.
The process for new patients is very streamlined. You call for an appointment, and then make sure to go online and fill out the new patient forms. This will speed you through the process when you arrive at the office. I was even able to purchase my new glasses while my eyes were being dilated. I hate wasting time!
All and all, a great experience, with people that actually care about you.

So glad I finally changed eye doctors.
Everyone in Dr. Elkins’ West Hills office has been super friendly and helpful. Massive parking lot, as there are many other medical offices right near the hospital, informative web site, and not long wait times.
The opticians were also helpful and they actually had a pair of super cute glasses that I got for a decent price with my insurance.
As an eye doctor’s office, it’s hard to get too excited, but all aspects of my experiences here have been great. There’s not much else one can ask for!
