This office is an absolute and complete disaster. The staff attempts on being kind, but it’s in such a condescending, lackadaisical manner. I was in this facility in May, and for THREE WEEKS, almost four, I’ve attempted several phone calls, answers to my questions, test results, etcetera. My issues lies solely with my doctor office, and the lack of professionalism, and the careless and superficial way they would treat a new patient. One of the last comments that Dr. Yun made to me was, «I spoke with Dr. Charlotte Hsu, and she told me you’ve had this condition for 20 years. If you did a formal complaint with the Medical Board, I highly doubt they would take this problem into consideration just because there was a 3 ½ week delay in your test results».

Really, really happy with Charlotte and her staff. She’s always very open to listening to my concerns and spends time explaining options for me that I can take.

Charlotte and her staff are great! I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. Charlotte took her time with me, answering all of my questions. She was extremely gentle and knowledgable. Her staff even called me the next day to see how I was feeling!
