Mike came and again helped me fix a bunch of stuff at my place for a very reasonable price !!! I cannot recommend him enough as its a pleasure to have a handyman show up on time and complete the work asked to be done. Call Mike if you want a stellar job done on doors Windows anything really, he is a great guy and will finish whatever work you have in a timely manner with amazing results !!! Thanks much Mike I’ll be calling again soon !!!

My experience with Mike Cody was very impressive! After recently moving into a new home, I had a laundry list of ‘fix-​it’ items in my new place. I found Mike on Craigslist, he answered immediately, and agreed to start early the very next morning. Mike was on-​time, professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled. I thought that my ‘to do’ list (hanging pictures, dryer hose attachment, bathroom fixture placement, Ikea-​style bed frame assembly, window sealing… etc) would take two separate visits, but Mike completed everything in 2 HOURS! No one has EVER put my bed frame together in less than 1.5 hours, and it usually requires two people. I think Mike assembled the bed in 20 minutes. I will be referring him to family and friends, and I have commissioned him to custom build wood shelving (he’s a talented Finish Carpenter) to hide my two wall furnaces. From start to finish, the experience was truly impressive.

Mikes a great guy, met him through a buddy that needed to hang some doors. Great job!!! I would recommend his work to anyone. Quick and great price!!!

I found Cody via Craigslist for a kitchen faucet replacement. He claimed he’s been doing this type of work for 30 years and he’s done it hundreds of times, so I agreed to give him the job.
I called him yesterday afternoon. He stated he had a job in the morning (the next day) and he can make it out to me today around noon after he completes his other job. I didn’t call anybody else because I assumed he was going to show up.
I received a text (not even a call) at around 4pm today stating he can’t do it until tomorrow at 10am. Basically, delayed it a whole day and informed me towards the end of the work day decreasing the ability to contact another company to get it completed.
This guy really is unreliable. If a person makes a appointment then delays it, doesn’t even call, and makes contact hours after he was suppose to arrive… that demonstrates lack of professionalism.
I’m going to get the job done with somebody else.

I found Mike on Craigslist. After doing some comparison with other handymen on CL, while he wasn’t the cheapest he responded promptly and seemed nice, I commissioned Mike for a small job mounting a rather large TV.
I called and emailed the day before to confirm, to which Mike did not respond, but I wasn’t too worried. The day of our appointment, he called 10mins before he was supposed to arrive saying that he was stuck at another job and would be another hour. I said no problem and to call if he was going to be more than 1 ½ hrs. After 1 ½ hrs I had still heard nothing, so I text… no response. I wait a while and call and leave a message… no reply… finally 3 hours after he was originally due to arrive I get through (he didn’t return my call). Mike apologized profusely and asked if he could come the next day (today — Sunday) and he would discount the rate for letting me down. He sounded sincere and I wanted to both give him a chance and get my TV mounted. So we rescheduled for the next day at 2pm. It’s now 5:30pm — and he’s not here. I have called him three times and he has not answered the phone once or attempted to call or email me.
He says «No job too small» on his ads and website but I guess he decided that he was too good for my business!!!
DO NOT use this guy — he’s unreliable and will let you down!!!
