I have attended several events at Franks Venue, and work closely with Frank and his wife. As a team we strive to deliver your party how you want it! Especially Frank, he’s a die hard when it comes to making sure your event pops off exactly to your liking.
Theres no such thing as a one size fits all — Frank makes sure to size everything just right, Brides of you want luxury for less, look no further. Franks venue! Priceless.

I had the pleasure of working with Frank 4 years ago to host my out door wedding at his venue on 7÷17÷11 which was his own estate at the time. It was great to work with him because my husband and I were on a extremely tight budget.
Frank created some amazing center pieces for our tables which tied in with the rest of our theme/​décor perfectly.
Frank was very compassionate and understanding of our short time frame and small budget and with that being said he made something that could be such a headache and hassle to plan to being very stress free.
Couldn’t ask for anything more perfect on our wedding day which was amazing and well worth the money spent and it fit our budget perfectly.
Whenever I hear of someone looking or planning for an event or wedding no matter the budget I seriously always refer Frank’s luxury event’s 4 less.

Came across this venue and was the maid of honor for my best friends wedding. I have never seen a venue with such detailing and the service was incredible I couldn’t believe the amount of time and effort they put into putting «the individualized package» together to complete a wedding. The amount of venues to go through on your own is impossible but frank makes a perfect package that made it a breeze and made me look like the best friend a bride could ever have. Went with her through every step and can’t wait to get married.

I would highly recommend Franks. he works with you to give you the event you dreamed of on your budget… he honestly cares about your event and puts a lot of heart into his work, which always works for me!!!

Just attended a weeding there, The place could use a good cleanig, the pics on the web are very deciving, although there was a LITTLE bit of grass among all the weeds.
Food was gross and I found a hair in my rice.
The waiters were RUDE and the traffic noise (along with sirens) was bad and not good if you are video taping the wedding but the plastic flowers would probably video tape well.

This venue is great! I went to many different places and finally came across Franks venue and I can’t complain! He had awesome deals and a great estate to have the surprise birthday party for my dad! The party was all planned for me they took care of everything!
