Don’t come here unless you want a receptionist acting like a doctor. The guy that does all of the advising isn’t a doctor, or even a nurse. He’s just the program manager who has nothing but a high school diploma.
Apparently, Dr. Caldron doesn’t realize it’s incredibly illegal to have the guy that answers the phones prescribing and refilling medication without doctor’s consent. This guy also tried to give me medical advice that went completely against what my personal physician recommended and against what was printed on the bottle of medication I was already taking.
The place is disorganized, nothing is ever written down, and you get contradicting information along with blatant lies. I will probably be reporting them to the medical board soon.
