This place is probably the worst place I’ve ever gotten glasses from the frame that they gave me was literally $ 20 and they charge me hundred dollars for it it broke the first week I had it when I phone the floor my glasses literally cracked in half the lenses are totally glare there just crappy I’ve had other services and other places and by far this place is the worst go somewhere else

I am a long time patient of Dr. Russ, but never had need, until recently, to use the office to fix broken eyewear.
I stepped on and crushed my perfect grad tri-​focal, polarized, glasses. Fortunately, the lenses were unharmed, so I brought the twisted wreckage into the office to see if it could possibly be repaired. I said to Darlean, their super fixit nurse techie, take all day if you need to, but within the hour I received a call that they were fixed. And they were, perfect, and, although I would have paid anything for a fix, the cost was very low, although, I am a long time patient. However, I had need of Darlean’s expertise when I dropped the glasses a few months back, and there was no charge to put the lens back in place while I waited (5−10min).
When I really needed the service, they were able to help instantly! Great service.

My eye was hurting so I’ve made a last minute appointment and drove over from Brentwood. The staff was incredibly friendly and Dr. Samet is very competent and nice. Got the check up done in about 30 minutes. They accept credit cards and VPS. Plenty of parking right outside, for free. This was my second time here and I’m very satisfied. Highly recommend! Almost forgot — so affordable compared to places on the West side. What’s there not to like?
