Astro Burger

I really like this place but the front counter people need a lesson on customer service. They do not even crack a smile. It seems like they all hate their jobs. Food great… customer service horrible.

Friendly staff! And the food is always fresh! The tacos and the chicken club are my favorite!
I drive all the way from San Fernando Valley just to come eat here its amazing!

Great place to have some late night eats. There’s a female that normally takes my order and she’s always friendly. It’s cash only so make sure you stop by the ATM. Parking has never been a problem. I tend toget the gyros which is as good as any. Food can be oily but that shouldn’t be a surprise. The establishment looks clean although I think the outdoor could be cleaner. The menu has several items to choose from yet it’s a simple and you know what to expect. Great late night grub.

Thera a lot of places in this area with different selection of foods, I’ve been here many times, and the service was ok, but if to be honest I have no idea what happened with their costumer services, they should improve their service, and be polite.

I loveee it I usually make my own I get pastrami chili cheese fries it’s not on the menu but they agree to make it for you! Definitely try it out

This place is great. The food is good and it’s open late. The service is excellent and the place is very clean. I’m very impressed by the staff, they are always working hard. You can really tell the workers care about their jobs and their customers.

Drunk? Hungry? Staying in Beverly Hills and finding out the hard way literally nothing food related is open after 10pm? Haul ass up to West Hollywood and join your fellow midnight zombies for the better option of Los Angeles late night fast food. Fresh squeezed orange juice will zap you right out of a hangry episode until your food is ready. Prices are solid and it is cash only, but the ATM is only a $ 2 fee. I can only imagine the characters that come staggering in off Santa Monica in this part of town, and somehow everyone working at Astro is beyond nice, the place is always clean, and the only grody elements are the people passed out over tables or crying into their food. Mini celebrity sighting, but I’m 90% sure I saw one of the taxi passengers from Tangerine in here. You see all kinds in LA.

I will not be coming back to this place. Don’t get me wrong, the food was good but the cashier was SO rude! Every Time I asked her a question she rolled her eyes at me and then answered in such a rude manner! And to top it all off, it’s CASH ONLY. It’s 2016, get an ATM machine and stop ripping people off. I’m not from LA but I visit frequently and I would rather spend my money somewhere else.

This place is just a bullshit. Parking sucks, all employees are frown faces and dump idiots. They looking at your face like a dump-​donkey and even don’t call your number even if your food is ready. Super slow, cash only — what the heck !!! Food tastes just tasteless you even don’t know what you eating.

Food is not that good, too greasy, staff is rude. It has a good design, but the most bad thing about this place — cash only. If you do not have cash they offer you to use ATM and it is charge you $ 2 WOW. When I said I do not have cash the guy who was taking the order he made face as he hate me and want to kill me. I said that I will go to my bank and be back, when I came back he throw my order. Nice, isn’t it? Lol

⁵⁄₅. Best patty melt in LA. After being thoroughly disappointed in Berri’s kitchen earlier this afternoon — I decided I needed a classic. And that’s what I got. Good job Astro! I added avocados — delish.

Gave it 3 stars because the customer service here suck! If you ain’t having a good day or you are tired don’t show it. You are already there just make the most of it. Don’t give the customer a bad experience. The bacon hamburger was good no complains but in the other hand the fries where to over cooked and hard not my taste. Not sure if I would come back.

Always delicious! A great place for a juicy veggie burger, packed with flavor and made to order!
Standard yet delicious diner fare, with usually an interesting crowd to people watch.
The jukeboxes at the tables do work, and the music is LOUD. in a good way.
Great place to come after a night of bar hopping.
Yet they still only accept cash, even though there is an ATM outside, its a huge bummer.

Service: got the ORDER N GTFO Attitude from the lady at the front counter.
I asked if they had any combos and she said that a burger fries and a drink is the sum total. Seriously? I asked a question and you look away and couldn’t possibly look more reluctant to provide service.
CASH ONLY
I ended up getting a order of chili fries, I requested the fries well done to the same lady. I don’t think they were. Portions were relatively small and to melt the cheese on my fries they tossed the plastic Togo container inside the microwave. You can see my picture and determine if it’s suited for that purpose.
Anyways I’m just disgruntled. The gentleman to have me my food was friendlier. Overall taste was what you should expect. I probably will dine elsewhere next time.

great for vegans and vegetarians when u want greasy fun diner food. We go and get fries, onion rings and the kids get veggie burgers all delish and i takes a while but worth it also they make thier own ranch. get the hot peppers they are free and delish if you ask nicely they give you 3 or 4! Sometimes we sit inside sometimes out but always vrey pleasant. Very clean. Lots of other vegan vehggie items but im stuck on fries and rings. oh my kids did get shakes they loved it.

If I go out in WeHo I usually end the night at Astro Burger. Honestly, it’s the second best burger I’ve had in Los Angeles. It’s amazing. It’s fresh, flavorful, and juicy. I’m a fan of specialty burgers but Astro’s classic cheeseburger is the way to go.
Astro Burger has a classic diner feel to it. It’s cash only but there’s an ATM conveniently located inside. It may not be a five-​star restaurant but it’s an authentic diner. It’s clean, open late, and the service is great. I’m a huge fan!

I don’t get some time why some establishments have such high reviews.
This place is not less than three stars but also not more. The burgers are on the bland side of taste spectrum, their onion rings are nothing special and also the service.
This is my opinion.

When I go out and get a burger, I expect a few things.
First, good buns. A burger is nothing without decent buns.
Second, a good patty. A burger is nothing without a good patty.
Third, some good fries to go along with it. If the fries or soggy, the burger is ruined via transitive property.
Fourth, for the stinkin’ jukebox to work.
Huh? Oh, that’s right. The jukeboxes on every table are A LIE!!!
We popped a quarter into the one on our table and expected to hear classics such as «Take on Me» or «Jessie’s Girl». A light came on, and then it turned off immediately. No tunes came out. We weren’t transported back to 1987. We were still in lame-​o 2015.
We then went to another table. Maybe, just maybe this jukebox would work. We popped in another quarter after selecting «ABC» by Jackson 5. Nothing filled the air except disappointment. Sigh.
Now, I could talk about the average burgers on the soft side, the average chili cheese fries, the average prices, the cool diner atmosphere, the quick service, the fact that it’s cash only, the easy parking due to the lot it has, the cool outdoor seating, and all that jazz, but no. I’m just going to highlight this review on those darned jukeboxes.
Come on, Astro, whoever you are. How can you have jukeboxes that don’t work? How? HOW?!

This is from a buzzed perspective and it was freakin good! Downside is that it’s cash only but the food here is really cheap.
I tried the double cheese burger with bacon and it was pretty good! Not like in n out good but it was around there.
My favorite here was their chili cheese dog. I don’t know why but I loved it. It was salty, soft bun, and cheesy!
We also tried the chili cheese fries and it was okay. The fries weren’t really crispy and didn’t really wow me.
I recommend this place after a couple drinks.
